It was very humid outside so the extra hairspray and bobby pins made me and more girls feel more secure during the photos. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. We were able to let go and relax the last week before our wedding because we knew her team had our back. We absolutely LOVED working with Justine at Mills Memories for our special day! Justine went above and beyond at every step of the way for us. We knew we needed a coordinator for the day of, but Justine met with us about once a month for almost a full year leading up to the wedding. When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!!

I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning. The second we hired Christina, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She took care of all the tiny details, gave me ideas I never would have thought of, and brought our vision to life. She was so supportive throughout the whole process, answering texts and emails about absolutely everything. On the actual wedding day, I often thought that I didn’t know what we would have done without her. While our venue had a coordinator, they were not nearly as responsive and organized as Christina was. Working with Jamie was truly better than I could have imagined! She was our day-of coordinator for our September 2025 wedding, but truly, she was there for us with support and planning from Day 1. Above all, I appreciated her organizational skills, positive and sweet personality, and undeniable talent. She is incredibly warm, personable, and easy to talk to, and was able to calm my nerves about so many different factors for the wedding. Jamie was always there through the process to answer my "silly" questions when I felt overwhelmed with the planning. My husband and I knew we needed a day of coordinator because on our wedding day he wanted me to finally check out and relax! As someone who is very type a, I didn't want to not enjoy my actual wedding because I was so focused on details. Like most venues we had a Bridal Attendant who was great, but I can't speak enough about how a day of coordinator is so necessary. There really were so many moving parts that day and Mia took care of all of it. Her involvement allowed my mom and mother in law to be able to actually have fun. It was great to see! Leaving the pressure of getting things right on the day of to Mia and her team was the best decision I made! She was actually the first vendor we hired. It was truly a non negotiable for us! We chose Mia because she was able to really walk us through the entire process and answer all of the questions we had with the least amount of fluff! When we hired Merry we decided to pay a little extra for a second on site coordinator and that ended up being a great choice! Her team worked directly with our venue to make sure everything was where it needed to be and when it needed to be there. I was also able to assign someone to my husband and the groomsmen so that they felt special and taken care of! We even had one small thing that came up that because of the conversations we had she knew exactly what to do. It was super windy on the day of and our ceremony was in a tent that was supposed to be open to the water views. The venue ultimately left them open but she made an executive decision (found me quickly to re-confirm) to close the panels/curtains and it saved our guests from freezing and not being able to actually hear the ceremony. She also made sure that all of the things we really cared about (pictures, moments etc) were captured! We'd hire Merry by Mia a thousand times over!

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. Kayce who is the founder, owner and operator helped coach us through the process, provided regular therapy and sourced some amazing vendors, who made the day so special. I would highly recommend that anyone getting married either at a venue or on your property use a coordinator so that you can relax on the day and feel assured that all will go to plan. Kayce is very experienced, knows what works and what doesn’t and fully takes charge to get the job done. People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day.
