I am a certified wedding and event planner, I've been working in the wedding industry for over a decade. I started off as an event planners assistant and soon found myself working for various venues. I studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology where I began building the foundation for my company. In 2013 I officially launched my wedding and event planning business in Sullivan County, NY. While I have planned dozens of weddings you can expect the upmost professionalism and confidence. My passion and attention to detail for this industry does not go unnoticed. I want to give every couple the opportunity to enjoy their wedding day!
As your wedding planner, my job is to be your emotional support therapist, the keeper of your mother if needed, the one who calms you down, the one who reassures you everything will be okay, all while making the wedding planning process as smooth and as stress free as possible. I am not your ordinary wedding planner, I take a very hands on approach and I am constantly expanding my knowledge, even if that means jumping in as a bartender during cocktail hour. I have experience with floral design which will come in handy for helping you design your dream wedding vision. With KR Occasions you can say "I do" with a smile and a stress free process.

We begin with an in-depth consultation where we learn about you, your event needs, and ideas. With this knowledge we prepare a proposal catered to you and design the perfect event exactly how YOU want it. Together we will finalize the concepts and we will work to recruit only the best vendors. | This service is for couples who have planned a weekend wedding experience, beyond their wedding day. This can include welcome dinners, farewell brunches and even on site activities. Our coordinators will help you manage the entire weekend wedding experience. | This service is for couples who need some assistance in certain area of the wedding planning process. Kayce is top notch when it comes to wedding planning! She’s incredibly detailed, organized and sets up planning into manageable tasks. Her coordination and process is easy and fun, ultimately prepping the perfect timeline for your day. She is a powerhouse planner in a tiny package! Our wedding was so smooth and we are grateful to have her contributions on such a special day!

Kacey and her team went above and beyond. We booked her as our month-of-coordinator. It was the best decision. All communication leading up to the day was so helpful and prompt. The weekend of (rehearsal and big day) was so smooth, it was so wonderful to have her steering the ship and I could just relax the whole time. I was also a DIY bride with lots of decor to set up. Kacey and her team executed everything perfectly while also handling all operations. She is so great! Book her!

Organized & easy to work with!
Kayce was wonderful to work with as our day-of wedding coordinator. She not only made our wedding day run seamlessly but she also helped out quite a bit to keep us organized pre-wedding. She helped to vet all contracts and ensure we were considering all of the small details. Day of, I really didn’t have to worry about a thing and was able to just enjoy our day. I can’t imagine our wedding day without Kayce there to make sure everything went to plan.
