Welcome to Hannah Newton Events - A boutique wedding and event planning company based in Southern, CT. With over 10 years experience planning and producing events, we’re passionate about making your unique vision come to life. Whether you’ve just said “Yes” or you’ve booked all of your vendors and you’re looking for wedding day-of management, we are here to fully understand your priorities and ensure your day runs smoothly. We serve ALL couples in CT, NY, NJ and destinations.

With a background in hospitality and running busy event departments with multiple Michelin-starred Chefs in New York City, Hannah has a unique perspective, which allows her to understand the needs of not only a wide variety of clients and families, but also catering and all of your vendors. You will always receive quick responses and honest feedback, but ultimately every final decision will be yours and fully supported. To us, logistics, guest experience and positive energy are everything, because if your guests are happy, you will be relaxed, present and fully able to enjoy your day!

From the moment we started working with Hannah, we knew we were in good hands. Her communication style was proactive, clear, and extremely organized throughout the entire planning process. My wedding was definitely not a simple one to coordinate, with so many moving parts and variables, and Hannah handled everything like a pro. When a last-minute vendor issue threatened to disrupt our reception timeline, Hannah saved the day by quickly rearranging everything on the spot, and our guests didn't even notice. Hannah and her team worked incredibly hard to solve problems before they became issues, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my dream wedding day with my husband. The quality of her work and value she provided was unmatched - I'm so grateful we had Han coordinating our special day and I recommend her to everyone!

We had a backyard wedding and Hannah was a huge asset in ensuring everything got to where it needed to be. For those who have not had a backyard wedding, there is a LOT that goes into it since everything needs to be brought in from outside vendors. Hannah was very organized and easy to communicate with. She was able to anticipate possible issues that helped us come up with a plan to avoid those scenarios day-of. She pulled together an incredible timeline (2 timelines actually since she made a fake timeline for the bride in order to hide a surprise performance.) She was kind and calm, which put us at ease. When there was wild hair frizz and unfortunate sweatiness, she was there with hairspray & aerosol deodorant. When there was no one to help the bride bustle her dress, she sat down on the floor and did it herself. Hannah felt like our close, very helpful friend on the wedding day. We are so thankful and would highly recommend her services!!

Hannah Newton Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Hannah and her team were quick to respond, direct in their communication, and incredibly organized. Hannah did an amazing job navigating the vendors, answering our countless emails, and being the key player in the seamless setup on the big day. Hannah is truly knowledgeable, reliable, and passionate about what she does. We are so grateful to have had Hannah as a part of our special day, and cannot recommend her highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

I cannot stress this enough - hire Hannah. She was absolutely flawless. My husband and I hired her 6 months prior to our wedding, when we still had literally zero vendors and not a clue. Hannah found us our venue, photographer, band, lighting, florals, and entertainment; we loved every single one of them and so did our guests. Hannah was incredibly detail oriented and always available to speak to us about anything wedding related, from making sure that our save the dates were mailed out (she found that vendor, too) to answering our 12am just-popped-into-our-head series of questions, she was a total champ. She is also a skilled mother whisperer, which is no small feat. Hannah went so above and beyond during our wedding planning that, day of, my husband and I were completely stress free, and the event(s) went off without a hitch! I had always envisioned that my wedding would be filled with chaos and anxiety just by the nature of hosting multiple events, some of which had close to 200 guests, but it was a completely carefree experience punctuated only with great memories. Hannah also made sure that anything we wanted to keep from our wedding found its way into our hotel room before we did later that night, so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about returning to the venue after our afterparty or the following day. Even after our wedding, Hannah was communicating with us and our vendors to tie up any loose strings. The level of service we received is unmatched, and we are so grateful to have found Hannah - I could literally go on and on about how much of a saint she is and have not stopped recommending her to my friends/acquaintances who are about to be or currently in the throes of planning a major event/wedding.
