The Event Of A Lifetime, Inc. is a full service event planning company that can assist you with all aspects of the planning process to ensure that the whole experience is stress free and enjoyable. As a full service event planning company, we can handle every detail from the invitations through the planning and execution of your event. Extremely detailed oriented, we work with our clients to build each event from the ground up. We have extensive resources and years of experience that will we draw upon to customize each party from beginning to end.

Melisa Imberman, President of The Event Of A Lifetime, Inc. gives personalized attention to each client to ensure that every detail is taken into consideration. Working closely with her clients, Melisa and her staff will help create a party that reflects the couple’s personalities, lifestyles and dreams.

Description

I charge by the hour so I can customize my time to suit your needs. At $200/hour I can help with as much or as little as you like.

We charge $200/ hour for a al cart consulting.

Our planning fees is $200/hour with a minimum of 20 hours. The fee for wedding day coordination is $300/hour for a coordinator and an assistant to be onsite.

    Melisa from Event of a Lifetime is a true gift to the bride, groom, and their families. She is exactly what we needed-- she is brilliant, thorough, so patient, understanding, has calming yet uplifting vibes-- her confidence, expertise, professionalism, and good heart made us feel well-cared for throughout the entire process. She not only saved us, she made it a joyful experience with her easy going "I got you" attitude and smile. I'm a type-A personality, control freak, juggling so much between work, life, family. Things were getting complicated as we were planning a destination wedding in Portugal and a wedding banquet locally for those who were unable to attend Portugal, which was turning out to be a second wedding reception! Overwhelmed with the logistical details, a difficult reception hall manager, and last minute decor, menu, favors, day of logistics, out of town guests, she jumped in and took over like a true professional, therapist, best friend, and talented designer. She is such a good listener, intuitive, and so smart in helping to bring a vision to life- we wanted to keep our event intimate yet fabulous. She was excellent in understanding the cultural nuances of blending families from different backgrounds, beautiful touches to honor cultural traditions while keeping a fresh modern feel. Melisa leaves no detail untouched as she walks through moment by moment the entire wedding experience from the guest perspective and of course the couple's and their families. She is all hands on and came to the reception hall to meet with the manager and somehow, with her charm and grace, had him agree to all what he had originally said no to. She is there the day of completely hands on to execute your plan to the tee, is flexible to allow things to happen organically, and is trouble-shooting in the background so you can just fully enjoy your day and guests. Overall, working with Melisa took away all the stress as she held our hands every step of the way, constantly communicated with us in real time, and made us feel everything was going to be ok-- more than ok-- she made everything simply wonderful and easy breezy. We can't thank Melisa enough for all she did for our family and being so patient with our last minute changes!

    Melisa from The Event of a Lifetime did an incredible job pulling together our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. She helped blend two different cultures, two different languages, and two different religions into a wonderful, beautiful day. Melisa is very organized and her communication is excellent. In addition, the vendors she introduced us to were all amazing and truly stepped up to the plate when called upon. I highly recommend hiring Melisa for your event!

    Melisa was indispensable during the planning of our wedding. She helped us navigate everything from save the dates to who/what to tip after everything was over.
