    Hiring Merry by Mia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We chose Merry by Mia as our Day-of Coordinator because of their deep familiarity with our venue, Audrey’s Farmhouse, and from the moment we met Mia, we felt at ease. She and Lindsey were not only incredibly professional, but also warm, approachable, and endlessly helpful. We had so many questions and ideas throughout the planning process, and they always had thoughtful answers or were quick to help troubleshoot. Mia made herself available right from the start, and that constant support made all the difference. On our wedding day, everything ran flawlessly thanks to Lindsey's on-site management, hard work and attention to detail. Even with my own background in event planning, I knew I was in the best hands. Lindsey and Mia coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and made sure every detail aligned with our vision. By the end of the process, they didn’t feel like vendors—they felt like friends. If you’re on the fence about hiring a Day-of Coordinator, trust me: it’s worth it. There are so many moving parts, and having someone who truly understands the ins and outs is invaluable. I feel so lucky to have had them by our side.

    After booking our wedding at Audrey's Farmhouse, finding a wedding planner was the next decision to make. As an event planner myself, I knew how important it was to find someone I could trust with our wedding. After our first call with Mia, we knew she was the one. She was extremely kind and someone who genuinely understood the venue and the details that mattered most to us. The planning process and tools that she provided were exceptional - clear, organized, and thoughtfully designed to keep everything on track. It was clear she had worked with Audrey's many times and knew exactly what needed to happen in order to have the perfect wedding day. We especially appreciated all of the tips that Mia provided on the Merry by Mia Instagram account. She truly provided the information we needed, when we needed it. Once we were paired with Lindsey the planning felt effortless. She was calm, cool and collected every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey truly stepped up. She managed every little hiccup while staying professional and taking care of things so we didn't have to stress about them. Her ability to adapt quickly and find solutions without sacrificing quality or style was a game changer. She gave us total peace of mind which is exactly what we needed. We can confidently say having a wedding planner is an absolute must (even if you do it for a living!) and the Merry by Mia team is truly the best.     We were lucky enough to work with Essence and Mia for day-of coordination, and we couldn’t be happier. Even before our official planning period began, Mia was incredibly generous with her time, answering questions and sharing vendor recommendations that made a huge difference. Essence was our lead coordinator and such a joy to work with. From the moment she stepped in, we knew we were in the best hands. She was warm, organized, and always a calming presence. The planning tools from the Merry by Mia team were incredibly helpful and kept us focused on the details that really mattered. During the wedding weekend, Essence handled everything seamlessly: running our rehearsal, coordinating logistics with vendors, setting up our personal decor, staying in sync with the venue, and keeping the wedding day moving perfectly on track. Having both her and Mia there felt so special. They were instrumental in making it the best day ever and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye to them at the end of the night. We would recommend Merry By Mia to anyone!

    Let me start by saying, I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without Mia and Olivia! This was my first major vendor that I booked, because I knew how helpful they would be. From our very first call to the day of the wedding, they were with me every step of the way. They are both incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. They are organized, thoughtful and were always available to answer any questions or offer advice/recommendations. They helped with a detailed timeline (that proved to be so important and helpful from the very beginning!) and floorplan to help bring the vision to life. While not contractually obligated to help with anything other than day of, they were both more than happy to help with anything during the entire wedding planning process. As someone who loves to be in the know, it was really easy to hand the reins over - I was super comfortable and at ease letting them handle everything. They knew all of the right questions to ask and made sure things were top of mind when necessary. All of our friends and family shared the same sentiment and let us know constantly how nice and helpful they were at all times. Olivia brought our vision to life! Everything looked perfect and the day went smoother than I could have ever hoped for. I cannot stress enough the value Mia and Olivia brought to our wedding. We cannot recommend her services enough - if you're looking for a planner who will go above and beyond, you've found the best one! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING truly - I can't imagine what our day would have been without you both a part of it!
