Her capable team is made up of wedding coordinators and assistants from diverse professional backgrounds, from executive assistants to startup vets to creative industry pros. Her team brings a unique perspective to your wedding, drawing on expert knowledge from the wedding industry and beyond.
From the time you book, we provide tools, guidance, and open communication, ensuring a seamless handoff when we step in. Whether you book us for partial planning, month-of or day-of coordination, we're here for you with vendor recommendations, expert advice, or for quick contract reviews. We also have connections with an incredible group of vendors. We believe in supporting individual business owners and artists, especially those who work in weddings alongside other pursuits in theatre, fashion, beauty and other creative industries.

| Description | Just got engaged and want someone there for you throughout the whole planning process? We're there from venue planning to vendor selection to the day of. We take a small number of full service clients per year, and your planners will block off the month of the wedding so you and your event have our full attention! | Partial Planning or Month of Coordination are for the couples that have started planning their wedding but want an expert to step in for the final phases. For all packages, we will communicate from the time of booking. For partial planning, the bulk of our work together starts 12 weeks out. For month of, we start meeting weekly 6 weeks out and includes timeline creation. | Day of Coordination is for the couple who has planned their whole wedding and needs someone to execute their plans for the day. Does not include timeline creation. |

10/10 Amazing Planner
Elizabeth and her team are nothing short of amazing!! From the moment she stepped in, she brought a sense of calm, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail. She handled every moving piece with ease, took the pressure off me completely, and made everything feel effortless (even though we know it wasn’t!). She communicated with vendors seamlessly, and her team ran like a well-oiled machine the day of. Prompt, kind, organized, and just a total pro—we genuinely can’t recommend her enough. Honestly, we’d hire her as our full-time personal assistant if we could!!! She is one of the best in the industry.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She offered her expertise, knowledge and guidance every step of the way. She was present for all of our meetings with vendors and helped ask meaningful questions during those meetings that we wouldn’t have known or thought to ask otherwise. Her and the team were crucial on the day of our wedding in setting up, organizing groups for photos, coordinating with vendors, working with the venue and cleaning up. They made sure all of the behind the scenes events were happening seamlessly so that the day would flow perfectly. She was our biggest hype girl and we would absolutely work with her again if we had to do it again. I’m sad we don’t get to talk to her all the time anymore!!!
Seamless Planning
Working with Elizabeth was truly exceptional. She was present on every call with the couple, offered thoughtful input on song choices, and brought a deep knowledge of wedding traditions that made planning seamless. She’s lightning-fast with communication and always available when needed. I was especially impressed by her attention to detail—from a perfectly styled seating chart to ensuring her entire team looked polished and professional. The most recent wedding we worked on felt perfectly paced, with just the right balance of traditions, mingling, and dancing. Nothing felt rushed or drawn out. Her care, coordination, and calm presence make her one of the very best in the industry!

Elizabeth was a lifesaver! Initially thinking I only needed day-of help, her partial planning was invaluable. Incredibly organized and always responsive, she proactively sent reminders and streamlined vendor communication. Behind the scenes, Elizabeth seamlessly coordinated with everyone and handled venue requirements effortlessly. On our wedding day, her amazing team of four (truly exceptional!) managed all setup and breakdown flawlessly. I didn't have to worry about a thing, and she even took care of packing up afterwards. Elizabeth's dedication and organization made our wedding day stress-free and perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend her for a smooth and easy planning experience!
