Hi! I'm Jamie, the Owner of Keep It Sweet Studios. I've always had a passion for art in many different mediums. I graduated Rutgers with a degree in Visual Arts & Psychology. I love designing unique pieces of art to help people celebrate and commemorate the special moments in their lives (or even making an ordinary day special!). I pride myself on being detail oriented and organized so event planning was a natural fit. Making people's visions come to life is such a joy. I can't wait to hear your ideas!

Not only can I plan your wedding, I can also create one of a kind pieces of artwork to set your day apart from the rest. I specialize in hand painted artwork as well as hand lettering. I can create bespoke invitation designs, custom signage, hand painted jackets, champagne bottles or even shoes!

    We hired her for a day of coordination along with 2-3 months of wedding planning. We had a last-minute hiccup with the florist, which she handled well and steered us in the right direction. When it came to executing our vision on the wedding day, she didn’t fully follow through; if a speech was too long, they were supposed to be given a cue, and there were guests who were not invited who attended. Some decor items were not displayed as well as they could have been. Overall, she was personable, and whenever I had questions, she responded quickly with tips and advice.

    Working with Jamie was truly better than I could have imagined! She was our day-of coordinator for our September 2025 wedding, but truly, she was there for us with support and planning from Day 1. Above all, I appreciated her organizational skills, positive and sweet personality, and undeniable talent. She is incredibly warm, personable, and easy to talk to, and was able to calm my nerves about so many different factors for the wedding. Jamie was always there through the process to answer my "silly" questions when I felt overwhelmed with the planning. She went on a venue visit with me to ensure she had a lay of the land before our wedding, and she created a timeline for the day, which she sent out to vendors and VIP guests. She was very communicative with the relevant parties and always knew the right thing to do when questions arose on the day. In addition to her planning skills, she is also a talented artist and made a mirror sign for our ceremony (photo attached). See the Keep It Sweet Instagram page to see other things she can create. Jamie is without a doubt a total professional and a game-changer for such a special day! I only heard glowing reviews from my vendors on working with her, which was no surprise to me. My parents were also so impressed by her. If you are considering working with Jamie on your special day, this is your sign to do so! You won't regret it. I couldn't have done it without her!

    Jamie was such a pleasure to work with! She was super organized leading up to the bride's wedding day. As a florist, I usually have to contact the planner regarding logistics/set-up, but she had all the answers for me in advance. Everything ran very smooth on wedding day and could not have asked to work with anyone else. I would highly recommend Jamie!

    Having Jamie (Keep it Sweet Studios) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I clicked with Jamie on our first phone meeting. She was so friendly and it was like talking to a friend. That was so important to me, as she will be with me all day. I wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Jamie went above and beyond for us in every possible way. From attending the rehearsal/dinner to the moment the big day started and it was really early… she took charge with calm confidence and handled every detail behind the scenes. We had a few unexpected issues- even broken straps on my dress mid reception- that could have easily turned into major stress. But Jamie jumped right in and fixed without hesitation. She even engraved our champagne flutes and made our “fur baby” figurines for our wedding cake. They were fantastic. We highly recommend Jamie, she was truly amazing. She really is the best and so thankful she was there.
