Since our founding in 2015, we’ve been providing expert planning advice and helping clients curate the wedding of their dreams. We are proud to be a woman-owned and operated business! To have the opportunity to play a role in our clients’ wedding day is truly a special gift. We respect our clients’ visions and values, planning each wedding with the utmost care.

Description	This service is designed for clients who have BIG visions for their wedding day with minimal time to spend planning and executing. You will have the final say in the creative and design, and we will handle ALL the details leading up to your special day!		This is a great service for couples wanting a little more accountability and support throughout the planning process. As a part of this process, we design monthly (or bi-monthly) meetings to help structure our time together and ensure you’re always aware of priorities + next steps within the planning process. We also share additional planning tools and resources to help keep you organized leading up to your special day.	While this service is commonly referred to as “day-of coordination,” we can assure you it’s that AND so much more! We will be there to support you on your special day, as well as during the months leading up to it. As with any of our services, our relationship with our clients begins when you sign a contract. We are here to be a resource for you in the time leading up to your wedding in order to make the process as stress-free as possible!

Michelle was the planner for our wedding and was so cost effective and went above and beyond. She knows her stuff, thinks of everything and truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive and just honestly so special to have as part of our day. She takes care of all the things you never think of. As someone who is extremely organized and obsessive, I genuinely felt like I could “let go” on my wedding day and be in good hands!

Michelle and her team at Bustle and Lace were amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. I immediately knew that Michelle was the coordinator I wanted to work with after our first phone call. Not only does she offer comprehensive services that I was looking for in a coordinator, but she was also extremely thoughtful, organized, calm, and attentive to details that could easily be overlooked. Michelle was extremely responsive to any communication and I always felt that we were in capable hands during our planning process. We had scheduled meetings to go over the details every few months including the day of schedule, decor, and any other important details. She provided us with helpful templates, suggestions, and summaries after our meetings, which I constantly referenced while planning. She is also very knowledgeable about different venues and vendors in the Chicago area. Leading up to the final days to the wedding, she took over all communication and coordination with our vendors so everything worked seamlessly. After the ceremony, she made sure that we had a moment to ourselves so we could relax with some appetizers before joining the crowd. She even helped me bustle my dress! I truly felt that Michelle and her team made our day stress-free so we could enjoy ourselves with our family and guests. Michelle and her team went above and beyond and we are so grateful to them. If you are looking for a coordinator, I cannot recommend Bustle and Lace enough!

We cannot say enough great things about Michelle and her team at Bustle and Lace! Our wedding at The Fairlie in Chicago was an absolute dream—and it all ran flawlessly, thanks to her incredible work. From the very beginning, Michelle was a true professional and a calming presence. She maintained consistent and clear communication throughout the planning process and scheduled regular meetings to keep us on track with important milestones. She took charge of organizing with our many vendors—often without needing our involvement, which was a huge relief as the day approached. Michelle is incredibly well-established in the Chicagoland wedding scene and has clearly built strong relationships with many of the most popular local vendors—photographers, bands, DJs, caterers, florists, venues—you name it. That familiarity made coordination seamless and stress-free, and it was clear she had worked with many of our vendors before, which gave us even more peace of mind. She created a detailed, thoughtful timeline that covered everything from the bridal party’s hair and makeup arrival to the band’s final song and the venue teardown. Thanks to her preparation and the hard work of her team, everything went according to schedule without a single hiccup. On the wedding day itself, we were able to be fully present, knowing we were in the best hands. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and could simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We’re so grateful to Michelle and Bustle and Lace for making our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable.
