Her attention to detail and ability to handle any situation that arises with grace and ease allows her couples to relax and enjoy their wedding day. Lindsay not only plans weddings for our Simply Elegant couples but also trains our entire team of planners to ensure that every Simply Elegant wedding is flawless and our client's vision is fulfilled.

We help you celebrate that love in a stress-free and present way (and we’ll even save you some money along the way.) Our mission is to help you celebrate your love in a way that you love and with stress and overwhelm. After more than fifteen years in the business, and 4,500+ weddings under our collective belt, we have become the go-to wedding planning team for couples looking for a stress-free planning experience + joyful wedding day. Description	If you want an expert by your side every step of the process, choose this option. From the moment you sign with us until your marriage license is in the mail, we’ll be by your side to collaborate, make decisions, and see to it that your plans are executed perfectly down to the very last detail.	With this package, we work alongside you to best support you through the planning process. This package also includes a budget meeting, two timeline meetings, and support with the design of your wedding. In addition, we join you on your wedding day to support you for 10 hours to be certain the plans we made together go off without a hitch!	60 days before your wedding day, we are there to walk through the details and your venue with you. We will work with you to determine your timeline-- assuring that every detail is carefully aligned for your special day. On the day of your wedding, two planners will be there to support you for 10 hours so that you can relax and be present to enjoy the moment!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Rabia Hamidani and The Simply Elegant Group! We chose their partial planning package and worked with Rabia for about seven months leading up to our wedding, and she was absolutely incredible every step of the way. From day one, Rabia was kind, organized, and genuinely invested in helping us create the wedding we envisioned. We had a multi-cultural wedding with 2 ceremonies: Indian (Hindu) and Western. She helped us find amazing vendors who fit both our style and budget, and she was always flexible with meeting times since we were planning from out of state. She was also incredibly responsive to our emails, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We also always felt that Rabia had our backs and looked out for our interests when choosing and working with a variety of vendors. When unexpected rain forced us to move our ceremonies indoors at the last minute, Rabia handled everything with such calm professionalism, coordinating seamlessly with all the vendors so that the transition felt effortless and beautiful. Beyond Rabia’s amazing support, The Simply Elegant Group offers a wealth of planning resources that really helped us stay organized and on track throughout the process. We’re so grateful for Rabia’s patience, guidance, and thoughtfulness. Thanks to her and her assistant (Anna), we were able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend knowing everything was under control. From the very first meeting, Valerie from The Simply Elegant Group completely won us over. She met with us in person and spent nearly two full hours diving into every detail of our (okay, mostly my) wedding vision. Right away, it was clear she wasn’t just a planner—she was a listener, a guide, and someone who genuinely cared about making our day unforgettable. What set Valerie apart throughout the planning process was her consistency and calm professionalism. She stayed in regular contact with us—monthly check-ins at first, then weekly as the big day approached, and even daily in that final stretch. She always kept me on track without making things feel overwhelming. She helped with everything from designing signs to crafting our timeline and managing vendor communication. But most of all, she brought this incredible sense of calm that I didn’t know I needed so badly. I’ve seen other planners who are high-energy or frantic, and while they mean well, that kind of energy would have stressed me out. Valerie, on the other hand, had this "I got it" energy that was both reassuring and grounding. No drama, no stress—just total confidence and grace. The Simply Elegant Group made our Wedding Day a breeze and I am so glad we chose them for our coordinator! From the very first interaction, their communication style was responsive, direct and clear - exactly what we needed during the stressful planning process. Caroline, our lead coordinator, brought a calming energy that gave us so much reassurance leading up to the Wedding Day and throughout the day as well. She juggled all of our vendors seamlessly, helped build the timeline, and stayed on top of our decision-making every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We worked with Idalis for most of the time leading up to the wedding and she was so helpful for all the planning and preparing. Day of Valerie was such a life saver, she helped everything run smoothly and took so much off our plate so we could actually enjoy our day!
