Toast & Jam DJs specialize in making people dance by working closely with our clients to create customized playlists that reflect their tastes. We reject line dances, props, and other gimmicks in favor of perfectly planned and well-timed soundtracks that appeal to every partygoer. That means no Hokey Pokey and no Chicken Dance. At Toast & Jam, we believe that a thoughtful mix of pop favorites, hip-hop bootyshakers, Motown classics, and timeless standards are fun and self-respecting alternative to those embarrassing and played-out dancefloor clichés.

Our DJs are super-talented and totally music-obsessed, but we aren't music snobs. We understand that it’s your wedding, and it’s all about what you want. We aren’t club DJs who took a wedding “for the money.” We love weddings and are honored to be a part of the big day. We work closely with your other vendors to make sure that the event goes off perfectly.

    From the start of the Toast & Jam process we were thrilled with the experience. They presented very transparent pricing upfront and we felt very confident moving forward with them. There were several levels of audio support and lighting options that we felt were all very reasonably priced as well to select from. Then we get to DJ Emily, we had a few touch bases with her in advance of our Wedding and she really helped us curate the musical soundtrack of the day. We have bonded as a couple so much over the years through music and Emilyl really helped us articulate where and when our wide range of tastes would be appropriate. Chill for Cocktail Hour; Deep Cuts for Dinner; Bangers for Dancing etc... She also served as a great MC and had all the right songs for our entrances, dances and special moments ready to go! Really, everything was so seamless and she worked great with our Day of Coordinator and venue to keep everything out of our hair, which was also greatly appreciated. We even got to practice our First Dance during the cocktail hour as the room was being flipped which was a very special moment for both of us (we nailed it that time) ;) Overall, we are so happy with our decision to work with Toast & Jam and loved DJ Emily. She kept our stress levels down and had the dance floor packed for the entire evening after dinner. 10/10 :) thanks again!

    We had the most amazing time with Toast and Jam! DJ Damani was the BEST. We had a small list of must plays and a large list of do not plays, but allowed him some free reign! He did not disappoint. Our guests were on the dance floor ALL night. Even got some texts saying "best music at a wedding ever". Highly recommend!

    T&J exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The entire planning process was well-organized and easy to access. Their attention to detail made us feel at ease every step of the way. But the real highlight of our event was our DJ, Damani! He was absolutely phenomenal. From the very first moment he started, he brought an incredible energy to our wedding that kept our guests dancing all night long. We received so many compliments about the music, with many people commenting on how smooth the transitions were between songs. Damani’s ability to read the room and adjust the vibe accordingly was nothing short of impressive. We specifically asked him to keep the party going, and he did so effortlessly, ensuring the dance floor was never empty. What truly stood out was the passion Damani has for his craft. It was clear that he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion was reflected in every beat he played. He helped make our event unforgettable, and we’re so grateful to him and to T&J for making it all come together so perfectly.

    Toast and Jam was the best pick for our wedding DJ team! DJ Alli was so fun and easy to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. She did a fantastic job with our music, and we practically spent the whole night on the dance floor! Thank you for making our wedding feel like such a party!
