We've planned 300+ weddings from various cultures, religions, styles, and sizes. We work with couples from all gender identities, races, religions, and backgrounds. Many of our couples care deeply about sustainability. We design weddings that are sophisticated, elegant, and timelessly chic. Our weddings are known for being detailed, well-orchestrated, and thoughtful.

What is your minimum?

Our package prices start at $2,500; however, most couples choose our more comprehensive packages. Please schedule a consultation with Bristol to receive a detailed proposal for your event.

What kind of budgets do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with clients who can budget $500 per guest or more. While we wish we could work with every couple to help them plan a sustainable wedding, anything less than $500 per guest wouldn't set you up for success based on the prices and minimums required by the venues and vendors in our network. We do offer consulting services for couples that don't need a coordinator or don't have the budget for it, that way you are still receiving expert planning guidance without the full package price. What's the latest we can book your team?

You can book our team for coordination services 2.5 months out from the wedding day, at the very latest. Our team needs time to comb through your details, conduct a final walkthrough, and put together a master plan to manage your wedding day flawlessly.

Our Approved Vendor Policy ensures that you hire professionals who come highly rated and specialize in weddings, as hiring anyone who lacks expertise may jeopardize your special day. When one vendor falls short, it reflects on all, and we are committed to maintaining high standards which means we must align ourselves with top-notch professionals. In doing so, we can guarantee an exceptional wedding experience that meets our high expectations and ensures the success of your wedding day!

We love that you are sustainable but we want an over the top wedding with lots of flowers - can you still work with us?

We can work with any couple whether sustainability is a priority or not. A sustainable wedding doesn't have a specific look or require you to ditch your Pinterest dreams! Sustainability is all about the behind-the-scenes practices of your vendors. If you want 1 million flowers, then lets make sure those flowers are coming locally or at least not being designed with foam and being composted after the event! When vendors operate responsibly, you can have the wedding of your dreams guilt-free. We'd love to connect you to our network of eco-conscious vendors that can execute everything from over the top luxury weddings to simple celebrations.
