We just got married earlier this month and everything went so smoothly with no stress! After we booked our venue, Abagail was the first of our vendors we booked which was definitely the best decision we made! She helped us figure out all our other vendors including specific recommendations and places to look if we wanted to shop around. She was very flexible and gave us recommendations based on our preferences i.e. we wanted to do a food truck instead of traditional catering and she gave us links and info for food truck options. She helped keep us on track and we had monthly meetings with her, though the frequency of the meetings was generally up to us. Once we booked our vendors she handled the majority of the scheduling and did all of the day of coordination. She foresaw issues we would never have thought of and generally made the whole process so much easier than doing it ourselves! We will be recommending her to anyone getting married in the area!!

Hiring Karenna as our coordinator was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding. Her expertise in wedding coordination is truly out of this world—she clearly has a deep knowledge of how weddings flow, and she was absolutely essential in making ours such a wonderful experience. During vendor calls leading up to the big day, my husband and I would constantly exchange notes to each other saying, “thank god we hired her.” On the wedding day itself, Karenna shined. I had complete confidence in her, and she gave me the gift of being able to fully enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. She brought our vision to life exactly as we had imagined it, managed our vendors with ease, and showed fantastic judgment in the moments where she had to make quick calls. One small example: after sunset it was too dark around the dessert table, and without skipping a beat, she moved it to a brighter area that made the flow of the night so much better. Those thoughtful, decisive touches made all the difference. I especially cannot thank Karenna enough for how gracefully she handled our venue manager in the months leading up to the wedding. The venue contact was incredibly challenging—inefficient in calls and meetings, inconsistent in expectations (sometimes even contradicting the contract), and would call Karenna with no notice. I know I would have lost my marbles if I didn’t have Karenna handling her on my behalf. Her professionalism, calm presence, and ability to shield us from unnecessary stress were truly priceless. We are so grateful for Karenna and Sage Event Co. Our day would not have been the same without her, and I can’t recommend her highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

We used Wild Pinnaple Events for our big day and I cannot say enough amazing things about Hannah! From start to finish, she made sure every single detail was flawless and that I could actually enjoy my day without stress. Our wedding was on a tight budget, but from what I researched, I knew that having an experienced day of coordinator was something I could NOT do without. Hannah met the mark AND we didn't break the bank. Hannah handled everything like a total pro! Even when some of my family members tried to jump into photos while we were still shooting wedding party photos, she stepped in before it became disrupted and smoothed it over seamlessly!! We hired Krista and the team at Kita events to manage our wedding day with the Gold Key package - it was worth every penny! Krista was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. You can tell she’s seasoned, and it put me at ease. We had a couple situations that needed creative problem solving and she just took care of it, made the calls, and found a solution. She was available and responsive, her proactive communication was so appreciated. The lead-up planning was top-notch. Then her rehearsal and day-of management were even more fantastic. Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). I cannot recommend Kita Events more, we had a wonderful experience.

When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Rhiannon & John from 413 Events were worth triple what they charged us! They were by far our favorite vendors and we are so lucky to have had them. Not only were they extremely professional and timely with communication the entire process of planning our wedding (which can’t be said about all the vendors we chose) but they were also so kind, warm, thoughtful and supportive. They went out of their way to source decor for us when we mentioned we had a limited budget and surprised us by decorating our reception space. She patiently answered all our questions throughout the planning process, provided helpful planning documents/templates, and communicated with our vendors to ensure logistics ran smoothly. Nichole showed up on our wedding day calm and collected and jumped right into action, helping with bouquets, table settings, and even ironing (when we all had our makeup done and realized we couldn’t do it ). Hiring Hannah as our day-of-coordinator was hands down the best vendor decision we made and the top piece of advice we’ll be giving any friends planning a wedding. We were honestly on the fence about whether we even needed a coordinator, but after our first call with Hannah, we felt totally affirmed in our decision to hire her. She’s so easy to talk to- friendly, quick, responsive, and just on top of it. She helped us iron out our timeline, calmed any logistical worries, and gave us the space to actually enjoy the week leading up to the wedding (and the day of!). I loved that she came to the rehearsal so our friends and family could put a face to her name too. She had thoughtful suggestions, executed everything perfectly, and kept our reception running on time seamlessly. And the little things made such a big difference- she brought food from our cocktail hour while we were taking photos, made sure we got our dinner served first, and even kept drinks coming to us. 10/10 recommend- Hannah is a total pro and we’re so thankful we had her!

We already were committed to our other vendors but found Geoffrey Gilmores’ business for this rental. Despite only utilizing a small portion of the services he can provide, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, considerate and worked beautifully with our florist and day of event coordinator. He stayed for the entire Ceremony, even handed out small fans we had provided ( outdoor Summer ceremony ) as guests arrived. We did a Unity Knot Tying with two pieces of rope and he fashioned them into a heart shape on the ceremony table he had provided. Not only did he provide the Chuppah, but so much more and was just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him for all the services he can provide
