Partial Planning services allow you to make all the decisions but let us do the work. This is perfect for couples who want to sit back and relax during the planning process. This package includes both a senior and associate coordinator during your event.

This level of service includes up to 10 hours of day-of coordination. Focus on time with your loved ones while we organize all your vendors and behind the scenes needs.

Perfect for couples hosting a wedding of 35 or less guests.

  • The Best Decision We Made For Our Wedding Day

    Victoria was amazing to work with from start to finish. She and her assistant, Lacey, did an incredible job with the setup, vendor communications, sticking to the timeline, and packing up decor items. My wedding day went seamlessly because they know what they are doing. If someone or something was out of line, they were quick to fix it. I got a little emo when it started raining before the ceremony, and Victoria's calm demeanor put me at ease. I am so thankful I hired VEVENTS for my wedding day. I will be recommending Victoria and Lacey to my friends!

    If you're searching for the perfect wedding planner—stop right now—because you've found her. Working with Victoria and her company was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Whether we had a million questions or none at all, she was always just a message away—ready to help, guide, or simply offer reassurance. What truly sets her apart is her ability to read the room: she was as involved or as hands-off as we needed her to be. She respected our vision completely, but also brought invaluable ideas, organization, and calm to the planning process. It felt like working with a trusted friend who just happens to be an absolute pro at planning weddings. We've now adopted her as our friend because that is just how awesome she is! ;) Our day ran flawlessly(from our standpoint because she is a superwoman and was able to tactfully resolve any hiccups with grace and ease), and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment—because we knew she had everything under control. Her presence was grounding, her attention to detail was impeccable, and her passion for what she does radiates in every interaction. I think the reason why I never morphed into Bridezilla once was because I was working with Victoria and she made it really easy to trust her. She was always on top of things and when there was a possibility of rain during our outdoor ceremony, she was quick to come up with a backup plan before my brain even thought about thinking of one. LOL. If you're wondering whether she’s the right fit for your big day—trust me, she is. You deserve to have someone like Victoria in your corner, especially on such a big momentous day!

    Victoria, Lacy and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!

    From the moment we booked VEVENTS as our wedding planners, we were blown away by their detailed, exciting, and prompt communication style. They were incredibly flexible in accommodating our needs and requests throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they were thorough, calm, and precise in their approach, yet always maintained an upbeat and organized demeanor. When there were a few wedding day "surprises", Victoria took charge and calmly made things work smoothly. VEVENTS made what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable one.
