Located in Seattle, Washington and traveling all over the PNW, we are a team of passionate party people dedicated to helping you create an experience that you’ll cherish forever. When it comes to weddings, there is so much pressure from the outside to stick with traditions and do things the way they’ve always been done. We don’t believe in doing things “just because.” Instead, we tune out the noise and focus on creating a day that feels like you, revolves around you, and belongs to you.

Within the first few days of engagement, it becomes clear just how many moving parts go into planning the wedding of your dreams. As much as you wish all you had to do was choose an outfit and a venue, there are so many details that go into a day that looks effortless (isn’t it funny how that happens?) Full wedding planning is for the couple that needs help with everything. From the moment you book, your dedicated coordination and design team will start sourcing inspiration, creating a vision, and pulling together all of the moving parts that it takes to bring that vision to life. But the best part? You get to choose how involved you want to be in the process.

If you have a creative vision for your wedding day but want help bringing it to life and managing all of the nitty gritty details, this package is the perfect fit for you! Our clients love this option because it provides them with a full scope of support from the moment we start. Let’s put it this way–you get to do all the fun stuff and leave the worrying to us.

3 months before your wedding, your designated coordinator will begin pulling together final details, building timelines and layouts, and setting you up with any last-minute details needed to ensure an amazing wedding day. On your wedding day, your coordination team is the first to arrive and the last to leave, managing all of the moving parts so that you don’t miss a moment.

    Hiring Karenna as our coordinator was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding. Her expertise in wedding coordination is truly out of this world—she clearly has a deep knowledge of how weddings flow, and she was absolutely essential in making ours such a wonderful experience. During vendor calls leading up to the big day, my husband and I would constantly exchange notes to each other saying, “thank god we hired her.” On the wedding day itself, Karenna shined. I had complete confidence in her, and she gave me the gift of being able to fully enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. She brought our vision to life exactly as we had imagined it, managed our vendors with ease, and showed fantastic judgment in the moments where she had to make quick calls. One small example: after sunset it was too dark around the dessert table, and without skipping a beat, she moved it to a brighter area that made the flow of the night so much better. Those thoughtful, decisive touches made all the difference. I especially cannot thank Karenna enough for how gracefully she handled our venue manager in the months leading up to the wedding. The venue contact was incredibly challenging—inefficient in calls and meetings, inconsistent in expectations (sometimes even contradicting the contract), and would call Karenna with no notice. I know I would have lost my marbles if I didn’t have Karenna handling her on my behalf. Her professionalism, calm presence, and ability to shield us from unnecessary stress were truly priceless. We are so grateful for Karenna and Sage Event Co. Our day would not have been the same without her, and I can’t recommend her highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

    Megan from Sage Events planned our full wedding in March of 2024, and did an amazing job! She was always so easy to reach, and was so supportive that really helped calm all my wedding-related anxieties. All of the vendors she found were great and she helped fit it all in our budget. On the actual day, everything ran so smoothly that if anything had been off, we would’ve had no idea! My family, friends, and I could really just think about the day and all of those emotions. We did not have to worry about a single logistic. We couldn’t have been happier with the day, and really credit Megan and Sage Events for their work to curate the best day for us!

    My partner and I had the most amazing wedding day and it would not have been possible without Katelynn from Sage Event Co. Katelynn met with us in person and over video calls many times to make sure everything was perfect! She connected us with the perfect vendors and worked to make our vision a reality! We could not have asked for a better team. She helped us save money on rentals by offering her own table mirrors, tea lights, and candle holders. And working with Sage, we even got discounts from other vendors! On the big day, Katelynn could not miss! She handled everything with ease even on a rainy outdoor wedding. She made sure everything was handled so my partner and I could relax and celebrate with our friends and family.

    We had an amazing experience working with Megan and Sage Event Co as our wedding planner(s). Their communication style was consistent, reliable, and flexible throughout the entire planning process, which we really appreciated during such a hectic time. Megan brought so much creativity and thoughtfulness to the details of our big day - she really listened to what we envisioned and helped bring that vision to life in unique, bespoke ways.
