    Miranda helped us to plan our wedding in Hillsboro, OR this past month and I cannot begin to describe how awesome it was to work with her. Neither me or my partner had any experience planning a large event like this and she helped us literally every step of the way. She found virtually all of our vendor options, made phone calls, organized walk throughs, and made the entire process as easy and stress free as it could possibly have been. We are a bit non traditional and she was incredibly accommodating to all of our requests and the things we wanted to do. Not only did she help out immensely in the planning process, but she did all of the event set up, take down, and management for us on the day of our wedding. She handled literally everything and was so detailed oriented and on top of things, right down to making sure neither of us even had an empty drink. She was truly awesome to work with and I cannot recommend her enough for wedding planning services!

    Rattan Events made our special day absolutely perfect. From the beginning, Miranda’s communication was consistently encouraging and honest, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Her dedication and professionalism were evident in every aspect of her work - she truly was our rock and a miracle worker. When a calamity broke out in the kitchen, she and her assistant made sure it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the reception. Throughout the day, they were able to make smaller decisions for us while we enjoyed getting ready with our loved ones. Their prep work communicating with us allowed them to make choices that aligned perfectly with what was important to us. Miranda and Tyler completely transformed our wedding day from a that could have been a terrible stressful affair to the most delightful, perfect, joyful celebration we could have imagined. I was in tears the next day with gratitude. We are so grateful for their incredible service.

    I cannot explain how helpful Miranda was to me during this process. I DIY-ed a little too hard and ended up getting stressed out- and she handled every task I gave her, every uncertainty, and more with such grace. Working with her was easy and she was so incredibly helpful in our day running smoothly and being fun for us. Thanks to her, there was so much we didn’t have to worry about and her presence, like I said, literally changed the outcome of the day for me.

    We hired Miranda as our day-of wedding coordinator, and I don't know what we would have done without her. She is warm, friendly, thoughtful, organized, and highly competent. She is a great communicator who has a knack for figuring out the missing pieces of a situation and getting them sorted out. We had our venue cancel on us 6 weeks before our wedding and ended up having to host it on our property, so there was a lot of pandemonium and last-minute prep work being done right up until the moment before the ceremony. Miranda and her husband Tyler jumped in, kicked butt, and made sure it all came together. I would have been a stressed-out wreck without her. Honestly, she is the reason I was able to enjoy my wedding day. Don't sleep on a coordinator/planner, and definitely hire Miranda if you're looking for one. She is the real deal.
