The Finn Events team is passionate about creating experiences that tell your story. Our goal is to create events that are authentic to you, unforgettable to your guests and sustainable to the world. We are here to support you through all the decisions and creative visions that come with the wedding planning process. We are inclusive of all couples and all love stories.

Our process starts with you, listening to your story and your vision to translate it into an experience that feels personal and authentic. We love the PNW and showcasing it's beauty at our events, but we also love to travel and honor the local environments wherever we travel.

    Working with Finn was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the start, she was calm, prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable. She kept us organized and on track while helping me feel relaxed. She was responsive, thoughtful, and always ready with ideas, budget guidance, or a quick sanity check when I needed one. Her planning tools and portal kept everything on track, and she was willing to work with my own documents too. Both Finn and Mary were a joy to work with. Their enthusiasm made planning fun, and their steady presence on our rehearsal and wedding day gave us total peace of mind. Finn checked in often, kept everything running smoothly, and gave me and my family the gift of simply enjoying the celebration. Her expertise, warmth, and dedication made all the difference.     We worked with Mary Gerrity, who was our wedding coordinator. She was incredible to work with, always responsive, and kept things running smoothly for us by working her magic behind the scenes leading up to and during our wedding. Mary wrangled all of our vendors on our behalf, and we knew she had our back to tweak and confirm details to ensure a smooth wedding day. We had full trust in Mary and would recommend her to any of our friends!

    We were delighted to hire Mary as our partial wedding planner. She was knowledgeable about the Seattle wedding industry and made wonderful vendor recommendations, assisted with contract reviews, and advised on pricing from said vendors. In the planning process, Mary kept us on-track with our to-do list and took ample time to answer our many many questions. Mary was thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. A few days before the wedding, our venue surprised us with a hidden fee. Before we could even respond, Mary had called the venue's leadership team directly and had the fee waived. It was absolutely badass client service!!! On our wedding day, she made it the most seamless experience I could have imagined. From vendor management, to decorating, and takedown. It was like a magical fairy came and organized it all so we could simply enjoy and have the best day ever! She has a warm personality that makes you feel even more excited about the process of planning and executing. Topped with her attention to detail, I couldn't have asked for a better planner. Thank you Mary for the incredible work!!!!!
