As a wholesale logistics professional (and more excitingly a 2024 bride), I know that even the smallest detail can make a huge impact on the success of a project or event. I absolutely love to celebrate love, and I think every couple deserves someone in their corner on their big day to ensure they have everything they could dream of on their wedding day. From steaming linens to reapplying lipstick, bringing you a cocktail, setting up decor, helping to review your timeline and beyond- no task is too small. I’m here for YOU!

I’ve chosen to offer my services below the infamous “wedding tax” pricing threshold that so many couples are familiar with at this point in planning. You deserve a coordinator who will offer you quality, dedicated, custom tailored services without raking you over the coals. I am particularly passionate about working with couples who are planning their own wedding from scratch, as I was in the same boat. It’s not easy- sometimes it takes a village- but the vendors you’re relying on shouldn’t be bleeding you dry. A la carte services include timeline generation with unlimited revisions, rehearsal coordination (without a full wedding coordinating package), and hourly set up or tear down service (available in Whatcom County, select days only). I am always happy to discuss your a la carte planning needs, even if it is not listed here.

    When we started wedding planning, the one tip we heard over and over was, "Get yourself a day-of coordinator!" And now, if anyone asks us for advice, we'll say, "Get yourself a Nichole!" From our initial call to the end of the wedding night, Nichole was nothing short of spectacular. She provided timelines and templates to help these two Type B planners get their ducks in a row, and the week before the wedding, we had a call to go over every tiny detail and all the questions we'd never think to ask ourselves. The day itself was a breeze thanks in large part to Nichole's leadership and coordinating prowess. She was always there to ask if we needed anything and support the other vendors in making magic happen. And did I mention I broke my leg the week before my wedding? If we didn't have Nichole, I would have been a total ball of crutch-hobbling anxiety, but because of her, I felt confident that the day would go as well as it can on one leg. To everyone reading this: get yourself a Nichole! :)

    Nichole did an excellent job as our day-of-coordinator. From our first email she was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful around collecting details about our wedding vision and day of plans. She was easy to work with and was great about connecting with our other vendors both ahead of and day of the wedding. During our wedding, she was a huge help for setting up and executing the logistics of the day. She made sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. She took on several responsibilities such as cueing and playing music, set up and take down, and ushering guests through our timeline. We couldn't have asked for our day to have gone any better and she was a huge help in making that happen. Nichole was so kind, sweet, and thoughtful and we couldn't recommend her enough.

    Nichole worked a wedding that my company catered. There was a lot going on on the back end that day (several instances of vendor miscommunication) that she was able to smooth out. I always appreciate working with a kind and professional event organizer. Kudos to you.

    Our wedding isn't until next year, but Nichole was kind enough to help us sort out a lot of huge details before we even booked anything with her. I was really overwhelmed by some of the options our venue gave us and needed to bounce a lot of ideas off of someone (outside of family lol, too many opinions). I found Nichole on facebook and we talked a lot about my different options and I could tell she would be a huge asset for our wedding day. Although the day hasn't come yet, she has been a big big help and I'm really excited to be working with her! I would recommend her to anyone!
