They were transparent with all costs and fees, responsive to every email, worked closely with us throughout the planning process, and welcomed us for multiple walkthroughs before the big day. We didn’t hire a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, and honestly, we didn’t need one because the team made everything so effortless. Jenn, our assigned Event Manager, was incredible. She is organized, attentive, and truly kind. Jenn is an absolute pro at what she does and handled everything with such grace, including managing family dynamics seamlessly. The entire day ran flawlessly, and we couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything felt. We also received countless compliments on how beautiful the space was. It’s naturally warm and inviting, and doesn’t require as much décor as many other venues. The food was delicious—everyone loved the Butcher's Block and short rib. He also has you do a questionnaire to help narrow down the right dj for you based off your music preferences. Mike will reached out periodically to follow up & also puts you in touch with the dj the week of the wedding to go over details. Teddy arrived on time and kept everyone on our toes throughout the night. The only thing I will say, is if you’re doing bridal party introductions it’s best to rehearse it if possible. Or give an exact time of the song for your dj to play when each couple comes out.”
