Their communication style is attentive, as they always got back to me promptly and were down-to-earth and understanding throughout the process. The quality of their work and value they provided was exceptional - they are truly passionate about what they do, patient with all my questions, great listeners, and skilled problem-solvers. For example, Sandra made sure a guest who had to cancel last-minute got their money back seamlessly, and she even stepped in to contact the venue when I felt overwhelmed, helping to smooth things out. I cannot recommend Destify highly enough - they played a big role in making our special day so wonderful and stress-free.
