BW Studio+Events is a Chicago-based event coordination and planning group serving Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. The Studio focuses on intimate weddings with unique flair and lots of personal touches. Blair founded BW Studio after hosting a number of non-profit events and finding herself completely immersed in the process. Once she realized her knack for event organization and planning, the studio was quickly born.

BW Studio wants your wedding to be as unique as you two are! We always strive to tell a complete story of the couple with every event we plan. We also aim to be as digital of a company as possibly allowed by the creative nature of this industry. Tools will be made available to you 24/7 through our online platform, and we will try to keep paper use to a minimum. We consider it part of our mission to reduce waste whenever possible. Let’s chat about ways to ‘green up’ your wedding… with or without eucalyptus.

    We used BW Studio Events as our day of coordinator and for the last couple of months of planning leading up to the wedding. Blair was amazing to work with. She was responsive and answered all my questions, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Blair brought up important checklist items for the wedding that I didn't know about, and helped us set a timeline to get everything completed. On the day of the wedding, she communicated with all the vendors so that everything ran seamlessly, and our special day was stress free! I highly recommend using them.

    I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with bw studios especially Neva! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible. Neva is so detail-oriented and organized — every question I ever had was answered quickly, and she was always there to help me with anything I needed, even reaching out to vendors on my behalf when necessary. On the day of the wedding, she exceeded every expectation. Everything ran so smoothly and perfectly that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing — Neva handled it all flawlessly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and thanks to her, it was! I would highly recommend this amazing team to anyone planning a wedding. These women are professionals who know exactly what they’re doing, and if you want a stress-free, fabulous wedding day, this is the company to choose!

    Blair was our wedding planner over Labor Day Weekend at Revel Motor Row in Chicago. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, which made the whole process feel manageable and even fun! She is extremely organized, providing a comprehensive planning website and gentle reminders to keep us on track. She is also quick to respond to all questions from me as well as my parents and all vendors in a kind and professional manner. On the day of the wedding, Blair and her team were everywhere at once, making sure every detail ran smoothly so that we could be fully present and enjoy ourselves! We are so grateful for her thoughtful guidance and approach. Would highly recommend BW Studio to help plan any memorable event!

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Blair, Neva & their team at BW Studios! Our wedding day was about as perfect as can be and ran smoothly because of this team. We initially met Blair and her team at a vendors event at The BRIX on the Fox, and quickly booked their services as they came highly recommended from the BRIX team. They more than exceeded expectations! Leading up to the big day, we had multiple meetings with Blair (kick off meeting, 3-month out timeline meeting, 1-month out meeting, and one-week check in). These meetings were so incredibly helpful to clarify questions, go over vendor information, timeline/venue layout, and small details. Throughout the planning process, Blair sent along helpful tips/tricks for wedding planning and we also had access to Aisle Planner which kept us on track/organized. Whenever we had any questions, Blair’s team quickly responded via email or reached out to our vendors to clarify items on our behalf. I have no idea how couples plan/put together a wedding without a coordinator, but the BW Studio team made the whole process so much less stressful and allowed us to keep the focus on what’s most important (becoming husband & wife)! They encouraged us to take a moment in the bridal suite after we said “I do” to take it all in and also enjoy some hors douevres alone - this was one of my favorite moments of the whole day. We will be eternally grateful for this wonderful crew and would recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area planning a wedding! You will not be disappointed!
