We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!”

Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. “My non-AI review: I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience. Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise. She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning. The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling. She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures. In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds.
