“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. “We absolutely LOVED working with Justine at Mills Memories for our special day! Justine went above and beyond at every step of the way for us. We knew we needed a coordinator for the day of, but Justine met with us about once a month for almost a full year leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were staying on track with all the to-dos and even provided a checklist for us to work through. The week of the wedding she was on top of everything. All of our other vendors sang her praises and we can confirm, working with Justine made our whole wedding day so much smoother. She also came to our rehearsal which was a huge help, not only because it was great that she knew how everything at the church should go on the day of, but also because I had a wardrobe malfunction and she was there to help my matron of honor sew me into my rehearsal dinner dress. To top it all off, when we were going through the cards from our wedding night, we found the sweetest card from Justine, which was such a beautifully kind gesture. We are so grateful for all the hard work and dedication that Justine put into our wedding day and we can’t recommend her enough!”

We experienced a fairly large hiccup six months out when our restaurant buy-out canceled, and Elizabeth went above and beyond in ensuring that we found a suitable replacement. She is someone who will truly go to bat for you. Elizabeth was kind, helpful, responsive, and organized throughout the entire process of working with her. We were able to let go and relax the last week before our wedding because we knew her team had our back. They handled deliveries, pick-ups, moving stuff, set-up, ceremony timing-- you name it and they were there. Our September 2025 wedding day was fantastic (I might be biased, but probably the best wedding I've been to) and it went so smoothly in large part to Elizabeth and her crew. True pros. “I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning. The second we hired Christina, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She took care of all the tiny details, gave me ideas I never would have thought of, and brought our vision to life. She was so supportive throughout the whole process, answering texts and emails about absolutely everything. On the actual wedding day, I often thought that I didn’t know what we would have done without her. While our venue had a coordinator, they were not nearly as responsive and organized as Christina was. Christina will not only plan your wedding but she will be your friend throughout the whole wedding planning process. I can’t recommend her enough.”

She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. I'm just sad that our wedding is now over and we won't have a reason to connect! We love you Greta!!!!”

The venue was in a small town in upstate NY, quaint and charming, by the river. From the welcome bags at our hotel, and the newspaper with all the event details we knew we were in for a treat. The wedding venue was absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. There were thoughtful touches like the telephone to leave a message for the couple, the personalized watercolors of the attendees as momentous, and the sunglasses for the guests as we hung in the garden at the venue, this was one of the best events I have attended. And the band was outstanding, we danced all night. Courtney did a phenomenal job of thinking about the big and the small things. She is a true professional, who is thoughtful, creative, and detail oriented.”
