Events Curated by Courtney is a boutique event planning firm offering full service event management and design. Based in New York, we service clients all across the tri-state area. With 15 years of event planning experience, Courtney launched Events Curated by Courtney to bring unique and thoughtfully crafted experiences to her clients, making their vision for the perfect event attainable. A native of New Jersey, Courtney always had a love of all things lifestyle. Drawn to entertaining from an early age, she developed a passion for creating memorable moments through thoughtful details and personal touches.

Having a trusted partner to help bring your event to life is something we pride ourselves on. Its not just about bringing all the elements of the event together its also about finding a calm, even headed partner to make the planning experience an enjoyable process! Courtney was the wedding planner of a wedding I attended. It was clear that every detail was well thought out and the event was a reflection of the couple and everything that was important to them. The venue was in a small town in upstate NY, quaint and charming, by the river. From the welcome bags at our hotel, and the newspaper with all the event details we knew we were in for a treat. The wedding venue was absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. There were thoughtful touches like the telephone to leave a message for the couple, the personalized watercolors of the attendees as momentous, and the sunglasses for the guests as we hung in the garden at the venue, this was one of the best events I have attended. And the band was outstanding, we danced all night. Courtney did a phenomenal job of thinking about the big and the small things. She is a true professional, who is thoughtful, creative, and detail oriented.

As a groomsman, I saw firsthand how much Courtney’s work shaped the day. Everything was beautifully organized, on time, and stress-free for the couple and wedding party. As the mother of the bride, I couldn’t be more grateful for Courtney. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and calm throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly—thanks to her careful planning and quiet coordination behind the scenes. The wedding was fantastic with many special touches and great attention to every detail from the elegant venue to the unique flowers and decor. The selection of food and beverages throughout the event was exceptional. It was obvious Courtney put a great deal of time and effort into planning the wedding.

Yes! I'm the owner and lead planner of Events Curated by Courtney. Alongside me, we have a dedicated team of five experienced on-site coordinators who provide support and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event. Depending on the size and complexity of your celebration, I'll assign the appropriate number of coordinators--typically at least two will be on-site to oversee setup, manage logistics, and handle any last-minute details.

No. We only take on one wedding per day or weekend to ensure that you are our sole focus. This allows us to give you our full attention and provide a seamless, personalized experience from start to finish.

Yes! I plan showers, rehearsal dinners, and more. These can be added on as a la carte services to customize your planning experience.

It depends on the package you choose. I offer everything from full-service planning, where we'll work closely together throughout your engagement, to month-of coordination, which involves fewer meetings leading up to the big day. We'll tailor our time together based on your needs and the level of support you're looking for.
