She was super responsive and available to answer questions throughout the process and give recommendations. Her recommendation on wedding dress alterations saved me 600 compared to the first place I went to! There is a lot that happens in the last 4-6 weeks before the wedding; all of your vendors are reaching out about final details and decisions, which Sarah helped us handle. She took the initiative to email all of our vendors which took the stress off of us and allowed us to only work with her in the final weeks as she communicated everything out to the rest of our vendor team. I believe our wedding was the first time she and her team had been to our venue – Riverside on the Potomac in Leesburg, Virginia – but you never would have known it. In particular, she nailed our timeline, which was such a big help for us not to have to think about much. On the wedding day, she was on top of everything and from my husband's and my perspective, everything went to plan and there were no hiccups! She does everything through Google Docs and Sheets which makes things super easy for you to work on as you have time and it’s nice that it’s all done in one place, not back and forth through lots of emails!”

I am a wedding planner certified by the Wedding Planning Institute at George Mason University. I am based in Springfield, VA, and work throughout the DC, MD, and Loudoun County, VA. As a fun-loving, adventure-craving 20-something, I am also your girl for destination weddings at any spot on the globe! I discovered my passion for wedding planning while designing my own. “TLDR: Easy communication, handles everything, calming, amazing experience. Madi helped us plan and coordinated our wedding in June at the Eaton DC. We cannot recommend her enough!! During the planning process, she was the perfect balance of being the cheerleader for our ideas, and weighing in with her own when we needed another perspective. We felt pretty unprepared and clueless about planning a wedding, and Madi was so accepting of that and really validated us along the way. She handed all of the communication and emails, which was a huge task and a relief to hand off. On the actual wedding day, Madi and her team made everything feel comfortable and easy. Madi has such a calm demeanor that we completely trusted that no matter what happened, she was going to take care of it and it wouldn’t impact us. And it didn’t!
