MIR offers full-service, partial-planning as well as day-of-coordinator services for both domestic and international celebrations. We are professionals who lend our expertise to each aspect of event planning while adhering to the budget. We can join couples for their destination wedding to ensure each moment is executed seamlessly. MIR can also assist group hotel reservations and flight coordination.

MIR tailors services to meet couple's budget & needs. Brandy can provide planning for a wedding or anniversary from the beginning to the end, as well as day of coordinator & reassure you that all aspects of your joyous day is taken care of.

    Brandy and her team were very responsive, went above and beyond in some areas, and maintained order on the day of our wedding. During the booking process, she put a lot of emphasis on helping us to stay present and enjoy our wedding, and I can say with 100% satisfaction that my spouse and I were able to enjoy our day. One small aspect we enjoyed was after our ceremony, when we went to do our private vows, she and her team had prepared a plate of appetizers for us that we did not even think we needed, but we very much did. She was very communicative with us on the day of and constantly checked in with us. We did notice a few issues with proactiveness and thinking ahead when dealing with other vendors, and were aware that getting in touch with some of them was difficult, but we would have appreciated her overcommunicating these problems with us as well as being more proactive in having plans in place when realizing some vendors were struggling/not as responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our wedding and are glad we hired a coordinator, as Brandy was very helpful and her assistant Karla was awesome. She was a great addition to her team, and we were thankful she was there as well.

    Brandy was absolutely a joy! Her expertise showed from day one - she really helped me visualize what I wanted. She was responsive and positive and understood her assignment right away. From helping us lock down the venue, tasting, decorating the venue on the day of our wedding, everything flowed so smoothly. Our guests could not be more delighted! I would 100% recommend using her services as a wedding planner!

    Brandy from MIR Events & Travel was a godsend for us. She was easy to get ahold of, responded to our texts and emails at all hours of the night, and truly put us at ease going into our wedding day. We had more than a few things we wanted to change throughout the planning stages, and she took them all in stride and executed them to a T. We especially appreciated how Brandy went above and beyond to scope out our venue just days before our ceremony to develop a rain plan. While we didn't end up needing it, her willingness to be there in person, when we weren't able, was great for our peace of mind. Brandy was also flexible with our budget, which helped ease some stress we had during the planning process. We would highly recommend Brandy and her team!

    From the moment we started working with Brandy and the MIR Events & Travel team, we knew we were in good hands! Their communication style is incredibly responsive, especially via text and email, and they provided so many helpful suggestions for us to consider in planning our wedding. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly exceptional - they were generous, supportive, thoughtful, efficient, and incredibly experienced. Brandy and her team did an excellent job pivoting the morning of our ceremony when the ground was still too wet from recent rainfall and called for a new setup. Additionally, Brandy and her team were kind and engaging with my whole family and our guests, generously brought votive candles and a portable karaoke machine microphones, checked in and regularly offered support, and deftly handled setup and coordination of vendors across three locations on our wedding day. She's amazing! I highly recommend MIR Events & Travel for your wedding planning needs!
