Do you plan other events, or only weddings?

I plan events of any type and size! We love weddings, but also help with anniversaries, showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and much more!

How many weddings to you plan/coordinate in a weekend?

This depends on the rigor of the weddings. We typically coordinate up to two weddings per day, sending a lead coordinator and assistant coordinator to each event. For our planning clients, we may take on additional events, but it's a case by case basis.

Question 3

Do you offer day of coordination?

We don't believe in "day-of-coordination". Month of coordination is our package for the client who isn't looking for planning support and just wants onsite event management. The package includes some additional perks like timeline creation and final venue walkthrough!

Do you offer floral design?

Our sister co, owned and operated by the same team, offers floral design. You can streamline design and communications by working with both us and Rita's Roses.

Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

We have one lead planner who acts as the primary point of contact throughout planning. The day of your event there will be the lead coordinator plus a team of day of assistants. The number of assistants vary depending on the logistics of your wedding.

Describe your experience. How many weddings have you planned, and what are they like? Any specialties?

Our lead planner and coordinator has 6+ years in the events industry. Their experience includes banquet management for full service catering companies and banquet halls, and event coordination and sales for country clubs and hotels. We pride ourselves in truly understanding how events function behind the scenes. We've worked at well over 200 weddings in our career, and Dusk to Dawn Events plans/coordinates an average of 15-20 weddings per year.

What is guided planning?

Guided planning is our version of partial wedding planning, curated based off recurring questions for something more than coordination but less than partial planning. Our Guided Planning & Coordination service is designed to offer you the perfect balance of expert guidance and hands-on coordination. We break the planning process into manageable phases, ensuring every detail is covered, from budgeting and vendor selection to timeline creation and event-day management. We help drive the planning process while you remain fully hands on and in control.
