Hi, my name is Katrina! I have been coordinating weddings for almost over a decade now. I started doing weddings with my mother who was an event planner and designer at the time and fell in love with the process and being part of such a beautiful occasion. I work with clients directly from weeks to several months to help curate, design, execute making their dream come to fruition!
My goal for every couple is to find someone that fits for them and compliments their special day. It is important to establish a good rapport between the couple and coordinator in order to create a magical event. I encourage every couple that whether or not they decide our studio for their wedding day, to please reach out if they have any questions/advice needed. Additionally, I am the small business owner of KDOTSTUDIOS LLC, a handmade shop that consists of hand poured soy candles, custom gifts, signs, and stationary for events and weddings. This may include candle favors, custom welcome/ceremony signs, seating charts, and more.

Your Wedding NEEDS Katrina of KDot Studios!!
Hiring Katrina as our Day-Of Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She brought an incredible sense of calm, professionalism, and joy to the entire process. From our first conversation, she offered valuable insight, helpful organizational tools, and a clear passion and deep knowledge of the wedding industry. Throughout the months leading up to our big day, Katrina also provided thoughtful check-ins that kept me on track and confident in the planning process. She handled every detail of our wedding day flawlessly: from coordinating vendors and managing the timeline to solving problems before we even knew they existed. Thanks to Katrina, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry. Her attention to detail, kindness, and poise were everything we could have hoped for and more. She’s also an absolute wizard with décor and ambiance — I was able to hand over the baton after months of planning, and she brought everything to life beautifully. Katrina was fabulous from start to finish! She made our wedding day run smoothly and jumped in without hesitation if any problem occurred, or if the groom or I needed anything. She truly made me feel at ease. She was very kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. I can’t thank her enough for making our wedding day go off without a hitch.
