    We made the 10000% best choice to hire Evviva Studio for our wedding and worth every cent. Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. Kat helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She coordinated all our vendors and helped with aspects that we didn't know how to approach. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. Kat had a way of looking in my eyes and making me feel centered, something money can't buy. She helped with the little crises and helped us take in and enjoy the big moments. Each of the staff of 3 that was there, including Kat, on the day of were exactly where they needed to be and provided exactly what we needed at the right time. I even remember a moment when a wind swept through the tent later toward the end of the evening, knocking over our sweetheart table, and Kat was immediately there helping gather it. She had a way of predicting the moments and taking care of just what we needed. We are infinitely grateful for the services she and her team provided on the day, and will continually recommend Evviva Studios in a heartbeat for helping create the fairytale Philly wedding of our dreams!!!

    If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. This team absolutely amazed me. Having them start working with us three months out was very helpful to keep us organized, especially since we hired all our own vendors. They did all the work of reaching out to our vendors for any contracts, day of needs, and any questions we had for our vendors so we really only needed to communicate with Evviva instead of 10 different people at once. When we got our final timeline, I was blown away with how detailed and organized everything was. On the day of the wedding, they took care of everything. I didn't have to think or worry about a single thing. I was most nervous about the decoration set up because we did DIY all our decorations and it was hard to imagine it all put together without being the one there to set everything up according to our vision. Once I walked in and saw it all, it was even better than I imagined! They exceeded my expectations of what I think I could even do myself with how the decor was set up. Kat was very communicative with us and really only asked us questions throughout the day if it was absolutely necessary. The quality from this team I really appreciated was how calm and collected they were. Everyone knows how chaotic and stressful a wedding day has the potential to be. They brought such a calm, gentle energy through the day that helped us feel relaxed and present in the moment (all while keeping on top of everything like a well oiled machine.) We also did the add-on package of the content creation. We ended up not hiring a videographer because we wanted more raw footage of the day, and I thought this did just that! It caught all the little moments we didn't want to miss, and even got these adorable reels all compiled together. We were really happy with how they turned out. Evviva Studio is worth every penny and, in my opinion, is very affordable with everything that is included in their packages. I spoke to a few coordinators and I believe Evviva has such an inclusive package that you aren't going to be able to find anywhere else for that price. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing wedding services!

    We hired Evviva for full wedding planning services and day of coordination and we could not be happier that we did!!!!!!! Kat took all of our initial scattered ideas and turned them into a clear vision that came to life perfectly on our wedding day! We had so much fun working with Evviva on everything from venue searching to the design phase to the day of!! We got to work with many different people on the in-house team (designers, florals, day of coordinators) and every single person was awesome and incredibly professional. On the day of, Evviva worked around challenges like heavy winds, timeline changes, and magically fixing my dress (after I stepped in mud). I can tell they have really seen it all which made us feel so relaxed! My husband and I felt like we got to fully enjoy the day because everything was so taken care of. We also appreciate how much attention was given to our families and bridal party and all of their day of needs, too!! Thank you again for everything Evviva!!!!!!!!
