I can't recommend the Evviva team more!!! They made our day go so perfectly!! From coordinating the day flawlessly, working so closely to communicate with all of our vendors, and arranging the most organized timeline!! Everything went so smooth. Kat was so so helpful in the months leading up to answer all our questions. It was so fun and easy to work with the whole team. Honorable mention too for all the day of help, with cleaning my dress, getting my second look together so quickly, and being there with drinks anytime we needed it!! They went above and beyond expectations and I can't thank this team enough!! If you're considering a coordinator, go with Evviva!! They will make your day so easy to enjoy and take all the stress away!!!!

Where to even begin! Hiring Evviva studios for our wedding was the easiest decision yet! Kat and her team truly made everything special down to every detail, from our initial meeting up until the last moments on our wedding day! Kait (our lead coordinator) was truly exceptional. She truly made sure every detail was perfect and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She helped ensure not only my husband and I were taken care of but also made sure our families had everything they needed as well. The care and commitment she has to making sure your day is perfect is incredible. Every person we interacted with at Evviva was amazing and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not having them apart of your wedding day!

I hired Evviva Studio as my day of decorators and it was the best decision I could have possibly made! Kat executed my vision down to the smallest detail and I was blown away by her efficiency and attention to detail. Not only was her team amazing to work with the day of the wedding, but they were so supportive and organized throughout the entire planning process. The cherry on top was they organized and packed my decor back up at the end of the night and loaded it right into the uhaul so we didn’t have to lift a finger. If you’re still debating hiring them definitely do it and I promise you won’t regret it!

Kat and the team at Evviva Studio were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first conversation, their communication style was warm, kind, and incredibly helpful.
