Rebecca, the founder of the company and ordained officiant, is deeply passionate about supporting couples in love. Rebecca educates and supports couples through the process; tell her what you want and she'll provide what you need. Rebecca has more than a decade of experience within the event and hospitality industries. In her personal time, she enjoys leaning into creativity, psychology and exploring new destinations, food and drinks.

Rebecca is an experienced wedding planner and coordinator, producing beautiful weddings for down to earth couples in love. She's also an ordained minister officiant who loves performing wedding ceremonies and supporting couples with premarital counseling. Additionally, she has trained many the loved ones of many couples to officiate their wedding with confidence!

    We cannot say enough wonderful things to describe our experience working with Rebecca. From the very first call we felt so comfortable and cared for (she answered our inquiry quickly and after setting our meeting, immediately sent a calendar invite and zoom link! I was instantly impressed). There are so many little ways Rebecca made us feel cared for (bday wishes, noting favorite colors, small gifts), and she also showed up in the big ways throughout the process. When we had a problem with a vendor or were at our wits end or when an elevator broke 1 week before the wedding (!!), she was right there to guide and comfort us and most importantly jump in to help. She had back up plans for back up plans, knew so many vendors, had countless alternatives and plenty of ideas to spare. Working with two involved brides is no easy task and she navigated our different personalities with ease! Hiring Rebecca was one of the first decisions we made when starting our wedding planning and it was by far one of the best decisions. We had a 225 person wedding and it went as smoothly as we dreamed, in no small part because of Rebecca.

    Something Profound Weddings provided us with an extraordinary level of service. Their communication was thorough throughout the planning process. Rebecca uses a portal that allows you to see exactly how much (or how little) planning you have remaining in the process. She adds in any little details that you may have told her, and most helpful, things that you may not have even thought about; Like when to schedule your waxing appointments!! I am truly thankful for Rebecca, our wedding coordinator, as I could not have been so relaxed and calm on our wedding day without her meticulous planning. Rebecca went above and beyond what was expected of her, such as gathering all of our personal items and placing them in the suite at the end of the night when my designated wedding person dropped the ball. I really should have known that upgrading the bar may not be the best idea. LoL. I needed Rebecca in every sense of the word, and she delivered an unparalleled level of service that made our special day truly unforgettable. Thank you so much, Rebecca. We are sending everyone to you!!!! (apologize in advance for anyone that tries to stump the planner :) :) )

    Rebecca is nothing short of incredible! She was a necessity for our wedding planning process and coordination, and we all agreed hiring her was the most valuable choice we made during it. From the very first intro call where we had been speaking to a lot of new vendors, deciding what worked for us, which personalities we matched with, and beginning to understand all that it would take to pull off an incredible event, she made us feel at ease! She is an absolute professional - she keeps things very realistic, but positive, and knows how to work well with many different people in the industry. She knew when she needed to encourage them to follow up with us or something was due on our end, she was always very kind about it. We trusted her as she knew many of the vendors we would be working with and she also came with great recommendations when we weren’t sure on a vendor. She takes comprehensive notes of your conversations so that no idea or thought is forgotten and it makes you feel so valued as a client that she cares so much about your big day. Our families were equally impressed with her professionalism and care for her clients. With the coordination package, we were so much less stressed than other couples we’ve witnessed, since Rebecca handled the majority of communication amongst vendors in the month leading up to the wedding (and even was on top of it prior to taking a much deserved vacation for herself!). We were able to be fully present on our wedding day and thoroughly enjoyed it, which is everything it should be! We cannot recommend her enough and are so happy to follow her now on Instagram where we can see all the difference she’s making in other couples’ big days!
