Hi friend! I'm Pauline, and I am excited to help you have a fun, memorable and well-coordinated wedding. I left my career as a project manager at Meta to pursue my passion in event planning. Executing a wedding day brings me joy and fulfillment and I truly love being able to help couples on one of the most special days of their lives.

My project management background has taught me to work well under tight deadlines, pay attention to details, work with many different stakeholders, and coordinate many moving parts. Now I get to do this, but also explore the creative and beautiful design elements of an event. This is the exact combination of expertise you need on your wedding day!

Hiring Pauline to coordinate my wedding was one of the best decisions I made! I chose the 3-month package, and from our first meeting, she was organized, responsive, and immediately started working on a detailed timeline. In the final month, we were definitely in more frequent contact. Not only did she handle all the vendor coordination seamlessly, she also emphasized that she was always available to answer any questions I had. She was incredibly patient with me and all my questions, no matter how small or when I asked them. Her behind-the-scenes work and detailed planning made my wedding day smooth and stress-free—I truly felt at ease and able to enjoy every moment. Lastly, I wanted to give a huge shoutout to her assistant, Alyssa. I met her on the wedding day, and she was so kind and helpful—steaming my dress, helping me in and out of it, and making sure I was comfortable all day. Pauline was super helpful in the months leading up to our wedding and especially helpful in the few weeks before wedding day. Pauline worked with us to create a timeline of the day and also worked with coordinating with each of our vendors to make sure everyone was aware of "what" will be happening "when." On the day/night of the wedding, she checked in to make sure we were doing okay throughout the entire day. She and her team also worked to bring our timeline to life by working with our vendors directly. Pauline was super easy to work with, super responsive (to texts and emails) and made us feel so comfortable and cared for during the planning process and on the big day. We can almost guarantee the day would not have gone as smooth as it did if Pauline and her assistants were not there. We cannot thank Pauline enough for making our wedding night even more perfect. We are SO grateful to have worked with Pauline and we would recommend her to everyone! We would give a million stars if we could!
