Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. Kat helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She coordinated all our vendors and helped with aspects that we didn't know how to approach. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. Kat had a way of looking in my eyes and making me feel centered, something money can't buy. She helped with the little crises and helped us take in and enjoy the big moments. Each of the staff of 3 that was there, including Kat, on the day of were exactly where they needed to be and provided exactly what we needed at the right time. Where do I begin! I don't think I could write down everything amazing that Oasis did for me in one review. I was personally going through so many life changes and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. The team was extremely prepared for every step of the process and handled the hurdles with grace. The way they dotted their "I" and crossed their "t" with everything on my laundry list of needs was astounding. I had lots of unique visions I wanted for my wedding that Oasis had never worked with before and they handled every new encounter seamlessly. For instance, we had Spanish translation for our guest and their was absolutely no issues. We also got several vendor discounts through Oasis. My main planner was Jewell and her communication was excellent. On the wedding day she brought the whole Oasis team and I didn't have to deal with any planning issues on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were well taken care of. Jewell sacrificed so much for us. She did all the flower arranging (except the bouquets) and her taste in design is impressive and it was such a life saver. I am very happy with everything Oasis offered me. My husband and I both agree that their was no need unmet by Oasis. Thank you SOSOSOSO much Jewell. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She kept everything organized on a Google Drive that we had access to and she was always available via email or text. Her knowledge of vendors in the Pittsburgh area was so impressive. Every vendor she recommended received a 5-star review. Any problems that came up with vendors leading up to the wedding were addressed so quickly by Rachel that I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it. I wasn’t worried about the venue, vendors, or the timeline going into my wedding day because I was so confident she knew exactly what we wanted and was so organized. We hired Taylor as a Day Of Coordinator and she was incredibly easy to work with and great at what she does. As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. If you’re on the fence about hiring a Day Of Coordinator, do it! Hire Taylor. She’ll take those tasks off your plate so you can actually enjoy your day. Bonus points because she had to go up and down 70 or so stairs to get to the venue each time! Thank you so much! We are so grateful for your hard work.

Erin & the Ryan Plus Planning team are absolute rock stars! From the first conversation I had with Erin, I knew we had to work with her for our wedding in the home stretch (4/5 months prior to wedding date). While we had already booked the big vendors, I felt unsure of how to bring all the finer details together - from design & timeline, to vows, to marriage license & event insurance, to suggested officiant license website for our friend. And Erin made it so easy & fun! The amount of times I had folks ask me if I was feeling stressed, and I was sincerely able to respond, "No, I have an amazing wedding coordinator!" Small examples that had big impact - Erin worked with one of our vendors on a little snag that my partner and I were unaware; she only shared about it after it was fixed - amazing to know it was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Danielle is the perfect wedding day coordinator for so many reasons. Even though we felt very prepared on our own, she was so helpful with making sure we were doing everything on the right timeline (we would have booked hair and makeup way too late without her!), she was so patient with all our questions, and most importantly, she maintains this really warm and calming presence throughout all the planning and on the day-of, giving off the completely accurate vibe of “Don’t worry. I’ve got this.” She was an essential part of our wedding in the flow, schedule, coordination with vendors, and wrap-up at the end of the night. Next to marrying each other, hiring DPNAK was by far the BEST wedding decision we made. My wedding was 2 months ago, and as I reflect on the planning process and the wedding weekend itself, I can assuredly say Danielle was worth every penny and then some. I do not know how anyone could stay sane during the planning process or enjoy a seamless wedding day without someone like Danielle. I'm a pretty type B person who has never utilized a calendar/planner/spreadsheet in my life, and I'm also a surgical resident with crazy hours and an unpredictable schedule. EVERY TYPE B BRIDE NEEDS A DPNAK! While her organizational abilities and attention to detail are very impressive, she won't judge you or get frustrated if your own organization skills aren't as strong. There were times when it would take days or weeks for us to respond to an email, and occasionally we would get behind schedule with various planning tasks (our own fault not Danielle's), and instead of getting frustrated with us, she would just send gentle reminders and tips on how to prioritize what we needed to accomplish. DPNAK is also very good at sharing her own opinions/experience-based recommendations without forcing them on you or making you feel dumb if you choose something else. We ultimately did go with Danielle's suggestions 90% of the time, but for the couple of things we did "our way," she happily supported us and helped us execute them perfectly. Danielle was amazing when it came to vendor and venue communication, and multiple vendors commented on how helpful, thorough, and professional all of her communication was. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, her communication style was the perfect blend of friendly/gentle/funny and firm/assertive. She can seamlessly capture the attention/respect of a room full of people while maintaining a sense of peace/positivity that never made it feel like we were being "bossed around" etc. NOTHING WENT WRONG on my wedding day -- I REPEAT -- NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!??? Some of that is obviously good luck, but I really truly believe a TON of that is because of the DPNAK team. Everyone warns you that your wedding day will be chaotic or that something will go wrong and you're going to be an anxious mess etc. etc. but we truly had a sense of peace and calmness the entire day knowing that everything would flow seamlessly because of Danielle. Danielle also told us that if anything did go wrong or needed last-minute changes, her team would try to handle it without bothering us, and being protected from any day-of decision-making or damage control was amazing. This is the longest review I have ever written, and I could truly write for ages about our amazing experience with Danielle. Our parents and multiple members of the wedding party commented on how smoothly she ran the wedding weekend and how natural it all seemed for her -- Danielle definitely found her calling. On the wedding day, we tipped Danielle and her team per the standard wedding vendor tip protocols, but we were so blown away by their services that I requested the option to send an additional tip weeks later -- I knew DPNAK was the right choice as soon as our first Zoom meeting ended, and I knew she was amazing throughout the planning process, but her true value really revealed itself on the wedding day and I never could have predicted just how precious her services would be. She is worth every penny and more. Love and miss you DPNAK!!

Hi! I'm Merida, owner of- you guessed it Events By Merida. Weddings to me are meant to be fun. It's a celebration of the two of you with the important people in your life, and there are no rules about how that's supposed to happen (even officiants can be optional in some states).

Merida is, simply put, absolutely amazing. When we first started planning our wedding, we spent a lot of time going back and forth about whether or not we needed a day-of coordinator. We’re both queer and trans, I’m autistic, and my partner is disabled, so finding vendors who really saw us and could meet us where we were at was hugely important. Merida did that and so much more and now that our wedding is over, we literally don’t know what we would have done without her. She’s excellent at reading people, communicating super clearly, and solving truly any problem. Even though we only booked day-of coordination, as we got closer to the day, she was there for all the crucial moments even when we didn’t ask her to. Aside from the big things (running the rehearsal, managing the timeline, communicating with vendors, setting up, tearing down, steaming our outfits AND our wedding party’s outfits, and on and on…) (all of which would have been MORE than enough), it is the little details where Merida truly goes above and beyond. When my partner was wildly over-stimulated while getting ready, she offered them a hug. When we were misgendered and we weren’t in the room, she corrected people. At the end of the night when we were both exhausted, she went outside and pulled my partner’s car around to the front door and THEN proceeded to load everything in. When I was waiting outside while my partner took some group photos with their friends, she LITERALLY gave me the coat off her back without me even asking (and it was 25 degrees at night and she was wearing a sleeveless jumpsuit). During our first look, she carried around our two giant winter coats and our two huge Squishmallows (that we wanted on hand for pictures) and never for a moment considered putting anything down in case it got dirty. She held our snow machine at the precise angle so we could get the snowy nighttime photos of our dreams, she bought hand warmers for our ceremony without us even asking her to, she took photos on her phone during our ceremony and sent them to us so we could have photos ASAP, she adjusted my dress I don’t even know how many times, and, to top it all off, she was so kind and good-humored the whole day. Our friends and family raved about her and how well she answered all of their questions and how on top of it she was. I literally don’t know how she did all of these things. My working theory is she has a secret identical twin and can therefore be in two places at once, although frankly even two people doesn’t seem like enough. (Maybe secret identical triplets?) In any case, there is no rating system in the world that would let us give Merida enough stars; five is nowhere near enough. We would hire her a thousand times over, and a thousand more times after that.
