Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! She will do everything it takes to make sure you have the best day and she was instrumental for ours. Thank you so much, Macy!!

Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. Kat helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She coordinated all our vendors and helped with aspects that we didn't know how to approach. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. Kat had a way of looking in my eyes and making me feel centered, something money can't buy. She helped with the little crises and helped us take in and enjoy the big moments. Each of the staff of 3 that was there, including Kat, on the day of were exactly where they needed to be and provided exactly what we needed at the right time. I even remember a moment when a wind swept through the tent later toward the end of the evening, knocking over our sweetheart table, and Kat was immediately there helping gather it. Brooke and her team were an exceptional addition to a recent wedding I photographed. Their pre-wedding communication and timeline planning was clear and helpful, the day was organized down to the last detail, and it was obvious they were a critical part of executing the bride's vision for her perfect backyard wedding. I saw members of Brooke's team go above and beyond at least once during the day - team member Dana joined us at the Church and assisted with formal portraits just because the bride mentioned she'd feel more comfortable with a planner present. Dana helped keep some tricky portions of the day on track in manner that was warm, positive, and motivating (admittedly a tough balance to strike when dealing with a large and exuberant wedding party.) I would recommend them to anyone looking to pass off their wedding planning headaches to a team of true professionals!

Where do I begin! I don't think I could write down everything amazing that Oasis did for me in one review. I was personally going through so many life changes and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. The team was extremely prepared for every step of the process and handled the hurdles with grace. The way they dotted their "I" and crossed their "t" with everything on my laundry list of needs was astounding. I had lots of unique visions I wanted for my wedding that Oasis had never worked with before and they handled every new encounter seamlessly. For instance, we had Spanish translation for our guest and their was absolutely no issues. We also got several vendor discounts through Oasis. My main planner was Jewell and her communication was excellent. On the wedding day she brought the whole Oasis team and I didn't have to deal with any planning issues on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were well taken care of. Jewell sacrificed so much for us. She did all the flower arranging (except the bouquets) and her taste in design is impressive and it was such a life saver. I am very happy with everything Oasis offered me. My husband and I both agree that their was no need unmet by Oasis. Thank you SOSOSOSO much Jewell. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She kept everything organized on a Google Drive that we had access to and she was always available via email or text. Her knowledge of vendors in the Pittsburgh area was so impressive. Every vendor she recommended received a 5-star review. Any problems that came up with vendors leading up to the wedding were addressed so quickly by Rachel that I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it. Erin and her team at Divine Celebrations were great to work with and we would highly recommend them for the wedding planning experience! We had a big, almost weeklong Indian wedding with multiple events, and Erin was one of the planners we interviewed and ultimately who we decided to work with. We greatly appreciated her insights throughout the planning process, especially as we were planning from another city and not on site. She had so many resources for us, including recommended vendors, planning checklists, and sample schedules. She helped us negotiate and review contracts with venues and vendors. Her team was especially helpful in the time leading up to the wedding and the wedding week. They were professional, organized, and timely. We had a snafu with one vendor, and Erin was extremely efficient in finding another backup at the last minute, kindly paying on our behalf on her own credit card to secure the vendor rather than worrying us in the middle of our event. She and her team kept what would otherwise be a chaotic weekend running smoothly and on schedule and even took the time to keep us well fed as the bride and groom, bringing us food and keeping some in our fridge for after the reception since we barely had time to eat in the midst of talking to our guests. The most pleasant surprise was her team arranging for the leftover cake to be served and the florals to be displayed at our brunch the morning after the reception, so the guests (and us) could enjoy them! Overall a great team and coordinator that helped make our wedding a success!!

Erin & the Ryan Plus Planning team are absolute rock stars! From the first conversation I had with Erin, I knew we had to work with her for our wedding in the home stretch (4/5 months prior to wedding date). While we had already booked the big vendors, I felt unsure of how to bring all the finer details together - from design & timeline, to vows, to marriage license & event insurance, to suggested officiant license website for our friend. And Erin made it so easy & fun! The amount of times I had folks ask me if I was feeling stressed, and I was sincerely able to respond, "No, I have an amazing wedding coordinator!" Small examples that had big impact - Erin worked with one of our vendors on a little snag that my partner and I were unaware; she only shared about it after it was fixed - amazing to know it was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Abby and her team were absolutely amazing. My bridesmaids and I got ready on site and being type A I couldn’t help but peek out and check on the progress being made surrounding venue decor throughout the morning. Every time I poke my head out from the bridal suite, I just kept saying “magic is happening out here!!” We had multiple external vendors come in to set up decor and drop off items for the day and I didn’t even know that they were there because Abby and her team handled them seamlessly. My venue also had a Day of Coordinator and Abby worked so well with their team, and did not clash at all. Abby made my day flow smoothly and I cant think her and her team enough!

Andree Collective did day-of-coordination for our wedding in October 2024. I’ll admit we felt like we had a pretty simple wedding already and were worried DOC would be excessive, but we took everyone’s advice and hired the day-of-coordinator anyway. Frankly, it was an easy decision to hire them given they’re a social enterprise (the opportunity to deploy a budget for a bigger purpose? I’m sold). Ultimately, we could not imagine our day without their help. We did a lot of DIY on our wedding and had our friends & family step up in some big ways so not only did Andree Collective help ease our stress on our wedding day, they went above and beyond making sure that our friends and families who had roles to play in our day were also comfortable and ready for the day. In addition, besides being incredibly helpful and thoughtful to us (B&G), even our families commented on how much easier and stress-free the day was, because we had Andree Collective around to help make sure everything went smoothly. Just to call out a few of the invaluable tasks they helped with: pre-planning to make sure we were on track in the month leading up to the day by creating the Day-Of-Timeline and doing all the legwork of finalizing details with vendors, showing up early on the Day-Of to make sure everything was situated and set up properly, helping corral family and friends to where they need to be for photos and just generally answering questions so that we didn't have too, helping to herd the cats to their dinner tables, and keeping tabs on what was going on throughout the event and reporting back so that we knew what was going on, but already working on a solution (like when we couldn't find the spare trash bags at the venue!). I could go on, but honestly, consider hiring a DOC and especially consider hiring a DOC who is giving back to the community. Andree Collective was truly are worth every single penny. It is your big day, you deserve to feel like a guest of honor at your party, not a host.

Next to marrying each other, hiring DPNAK was by far the BEST wedding decision we made. My wedding was 2 months ago, and as I reflect on the planning process and the wedding weekend itself, I can assuredly say Danielle was worth every penny and then some. I do not know how anyone could stay sane during the planning process or enjoy a seamless wedding day without someone like Danielle. I'm a pretty type B person who has never utilized a calendar/planner/spreadsheet in my life, and I'm also a surgical resident with crazy hours and an unpredictable schedule. EVERY TYPE B BRIDE NEEDS A DPNAK! While her organizational abilities and attention to detail are very impressive, she won't judge you or get frustrated if your own organization skills aren't as strong. There were times when it would take days or weeks for us to respond to an email, and occasionally we would get behind schedule with various planning tasks (our own fault not Danielle's), and instead of getting frustrated with us, she would just send gentle reminders and tips on how to prioritize what we needed to accomplish. DPNAK is also very good at sharing her own opinions/experience-based recommendations without forcing them on you or making you feel dumb if you choose something else. We ultimately did go with Danielle's suggestions 90% of the time, but for the couple of things we did "our way," she happily supported us and helped us execute them perfectly. Danielle was amazing when it came to vendor and venue communication, and multiple vendors commented on how helpful, thorough, and professional all of her communication was. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, her communication style was the perfect blend of friendly/gentle/funny and firm/assertive. She can seamlessly capture the attention/respect of a room full of people while maintaining a sense of peace/positivity that never made it feel like we were being "bossed around" etc. NOTHING WENT WRONG on my wedding day -- I REPEAT -- NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!??? Some of that is obviously good luck, but I really truly believe a TON of that is because of the DPNAK team. Everyone warns you that your wedding day will be chaotic or that something will go wrong and you're going to be an anxious mess etc. etc. but we truly had a sense of peace and calmness the entire day knowing that everything would flow seamlessly because of Danielle. Danielle also told us that if anything did go wrong or needed last-minute changes, her team would try to handle it without bothering us, and being protected from any day-of decision-making or damage control was amazing. This is the longest review I have ever written, and I could truly write for ages about our amazing experience with Danielle. Our parents and multiple members of the wedding party commented on how smoothly she ran the wedding weekend and how natural it all seemed for her -- Danielle definitely found her calling. On the wedding day, we tipped Danielle and her team per the standard wedding vendor tip protocols, but we were so blown away by their services that I requested the option to send an additional tip weeks later -- I knew DPNAK was the right choice as soon as our first Zoom meeting ended, and I knew she was amazing throughout the planning process, but her true value really revealed itself on the wedding day and I never could have predicted just how precious her services would be. She is worth every penny and more. Love and miss you DPNAK!!

I had the pleasure of working with Lynda for my wedding. When the pandemic first started last year, while a lot of vendors and businesses closed down, Lynda remained with my husband and I all through the way. She is not only excellent at what she does but she goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy . Apart from wedding planning Lynda also specializes in event decor and is a great florist. Her work basically speaks for it self . She brings your dreams to life with all her wonderful decorations.
