Whether you are planning an elopement wedding or you're planning a large wedding with 300 guests, we will be right by your side. With our top-of-the-line organization and communication, we will walk with you through the planning process, and on your wedding day that is seamless.

We will work with you through the entire planning process to create an experience that is unique to you. This service will include all aspects of the planning process. From budgeting, design, vendor booking, seating charts, creating a smooth timeline, day-of coordination, and much more. | This service starts at $500, but can be customized to your wedding needs. You’ve dreamed about marrying the love of your life, but you want it to be a more intimate wedding with your closest family members and friends. This type of planning ranges in assistance from finding your elopement location, working with your vendors and day-of event management. For this event, your guest count may have a maximum of 40 people. | You know exactly what you want your wedding day to feel and look like, but you are looking for someone to finish up your remaining details. This includes assistance with vendor recommendations and organization of details. Jenny is the Best!
We're so grateful to have had Jenny there on our wedding day and through the planning process! From the very beginning, her level of care and expertise was so clear. She consistently made herself available for any questions, made the most of all planning sessions, and maintained such a calm demeanor and clear communication through it all that made it so easy to work with her. She went above and beyond on the day of, I didn't have to worry about a single thing with vendors or set up. Our venue was DIY and she managed every little detail perfectly. I can't recommend her highly enough!
Jenny Literally Saved My Wedding
I am not exaggerating when I say that Jenny literally saved my wedding. On Friday night right before the rehearsal, a huge storm swept through the venue and knocked out the power and water. Jenny was on-site and calmly assessed the situation, made a plan with the other vendors, and reassured me that everything would happen on time the next day. I did not believe it was possible - the power was out, the road was blocked, and the ceremony was scheduled to start at 11 am. Sure enough, by the time I came back from hair and makeup at 9 am, we had generators running the fairy lights and sound system in the reception hall, the backdrop was hung, tables set, musicians ready to go. The whole day went off without a hitch and Jenny was so calm, collected, and confident the whole time. Booking her to help me was one of the most important decisions I made for my wedding. I feel so lucky that she was the coordinator on site. If you want a gorgeous wedding where everything is in place, even if you have no power or running water, Jenny is your gal.
Best wedding vendor ever
Opal Avenue Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication style was organized, casual, and they always provided quick responses to our questions. This easygoing yet professional approach was so calming throughout the planning process. They helped keep our venue organized and running smoothly, which allowed us to fully enjoy the night and stay connected with our guests. I would hire Opal Avenue Events 1000% over and over again - they truly contributed to making our special day perfect.

Jenny was awesome to work with! We used her Day of Coordination services and I am so grateful that I did! My number one request on the day of our wedding was that no one asked me anything and she made sure that I was fully able to enjoy my day, and not worry about coordinating a single thing. She truly helped my vision come to life and did an awesome job at setting up all of my décor! She even took behind the scenes pictures and videos for me to see. If you are worried that you will be stressed the day of your wedding, hire Opal Avenue Events and you will not be!
