We feel that we really meet couples where they are. It is your day and your vision and while we want to share our knowledge since we have done this so many times, we also want it to be the day of your dreams. We love working with every unique person and their unique vision to make the day something incredible. We believe in people and serving them well.

  • Absolutely the best Wedding Planner

    This review took me a while to write, but we used Hannah Elizabeth Events for our wedding on May 25, 2025. I can truly say that my wedding could not have gone as smoothly as it did, without them. Hannah was incredibly kind, professional, and amazing over the phone during our preliminary calls. She managed to create a timeline for our day and organized everything with all of our vendors to keep everyone on track and the same page. She thought of things that I did not, and would not, even think of. She also ensured that I stayed on track with the items I needed to accomplish, which was very helpful. For our actual rehearsal and wedding day, we worked with Emily. Emily and her assistant were absolute angels who helped to make our wedding the perfect day. They truly went above and beyond on our day. An example is that we were supposed to pick up all of our ceremony chairs (approximately 70 chairs) before sunset. When I started to collect people to help with chairs during the reception, Emily stated that she had already collected them and put them where they needed to be. She did not have to do this at all, but it took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to fully enjoy our reception. They also stayed after the wedding ended to help us clean up and get everything finalized for the venue. Overall, the staff from Hannah Elizabeth Events went above and beyond for our day, and I cannot say enough good things. Their price was affordable for all of the services that they provide, and the quality of their work. I don’t think I could have picked a better planning company. They are so knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. If you are on the fence about getting a month of/ day of coordinator, I would absolutely recommend it. I don’t think my day would have been as successful as it was, and I would choose Hannah Elizabeth events again and again.

    Our experience with Hannah Elizabeth Events started off strong, but unfortunately their communication and service waned as our wedding day approached. While they seemed competent at first, the quality of their work was ultimately mediocre at best. In the lead up to the big day, her use of Asana became increasingly disorganized and phone calls were difficult to schedule and maintain. Additionally, there were several issues that marred our special day - first, she showed up in athleisure to a black tie optional event, following the ceremony we were surprised to learn that our first dance had been moved up throwing off the original order of events we had decided upon, the violinist she provided for the ceremony wasn't the one we had booked through her, she failed to properly coordinate the memorial table for my husband's recently deceased grandfather, and finally, she allowed our DJ to play an inappropriate song during the cake cutting while our elderly relatives were present. I would also add she didn't give us the opportunity to walk through and see the details of the wedding beforehand that we had invested in. By the end of it all, we felt a lack of enthusiasm and received no follow-up from Hannah Elizabeth Events. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and value we received. It seemed she didn't fully grasp that we only get married once and while this is every Friday or Saturday for her, it was supposed to be a very special day for my husband and I.

    If there's anything you do in wedding planning - it's hiring Hannah Elizabeth Events!!!!!! Hannah and her team were nothing but amazing on our wedding day. We had Hannah be our wedding coordinator as I was able to do most of the planning but still wanted a professional's opinion and help on the day itself. They were nothing but incredible and made the months leading up to the wedding less stressful and the wedding day go on without any major hiccups. Even though Hannah was just the wedding coordinator for the day, she had been immensely helpful in answering questions about vendors in the area and her opinion on certain parts of the wedding day. Even with a few delays in our timeline in the beginning part of the day prior to the ceremony, she and her team were able to still help make the day flow smoothly and without a hitch! She often came up to me during the wedding day for updates and checking in on both my husband and I. She was able to hand out the rest of the payments to our vendors at the end of the night so we didn't have to and were fully able to enjoy our wedding ceremony. If there is one thing that would help your wedding day go by smoothly - it's hiring Hannah and her team! They were such an integral part in having our day go by smoothly!!!

    Hannah was absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t have done it without her. She was on top of everything, kept me organized, suggested things I wouldn’t have ever thought of and was a third party sounding board for decisions when my now husband and I couldn’t decide on or had different opinions on certain things. Would book her again and again. Thanks so much Hannah for everything!!
