When I began my business over 20 years ago, I made a conscious decision to stand apart from other planners. I wanted to be available, tuned in and ready for anything. I bring a unique skillset, a dedication and a very personal approach to my business. I do not offer packages, instead giving to each couple whatever they need from me- my time, my expertise, my network. Your wedding is my top priority! And, I resolve to make every wedding a smashing success. With a 30+ year background in hospitality and events, you won't find a planner with more knowledge or experience. I have traveled the East Coast making magic- Let's Make Yours!

A step above the crowd. A personal assistant to the busy couple in planning the most spectacular wedding. I do not limit your access to me. I really do not have packages. I do whatever is needed to create the perfect wedding. I can help a DIY couple on a budget or a couple with no budget restraints. From planning the whole day to being there to support and navigate the process. And, being there for the entire day of to ensure a perfect day. I have a diverse background in food, events, bridal and floral. There isn't much I can't do.

    Working with Wendy was an absolute joy from day one. She’s calm, loving, incredibly organized, and always punctual. Every interaction we had with her left us feeling more grounded and confident. She brought not only her professional expertise but also a warmth and kindness that made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. When we hit bumps in the road—especially with coordination challenges around our bridal party—Wendy was our rock. I reached out to her during a particularly stressful time, and she responded with such grace, compassion, and practical solutions. She never made us feel like we were a burden. Instead, she reassured us, helped us regain our focus, and guided us with such ease through every twist and turn. The day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. Everything ran seamlessly, and we were able to enjoy every moment knowing Wendy had it all under control. So many of our guests commented on how smooth and beautiful the day was, and we know that’s thanks to her. Wendy is an incredible planner, but even more than that, she’s just a wonderful human being.     Working with Wendy and the team at Angel of Hearts Weddings and Events was an absolute pleasure. Her communication style is professional, courteous, and prompt, and the quality of her work is excellent. Wendy is incredibly detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced, and she went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. She set up a complicated wedding display including luggage tags, suitcases, and a tree planting ceremony! Her experience and contacts within the wedding industry are second to none. Wendy found us a DJ, florist, and our bakery, all of whom were also excellent. We cannot recommend working with Wendy and Angel of Hearts enough!

    Working with Angel of Hearts Weddings and Events was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Wendy was prompt, thorough, and incredibly approachable throughout the entire planning process. Her excellent attention to detail ensured that everything was exactly as we envisioned it, and even better. Wendy set up our huge seating chart display and coordinated effortlessly with all of our vendors. She was so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful in every way - even stepping in to bustle my dress and find a Tide pen when I needed it! Wendy's responsiveness and support made the wedding planning experience so easy and stress-free. I cannot recommend Angel of Hearts Weddings and Events enough.

    I cannot begin to express my deep gratitude for Wendy throughout the entire wedding planning process. She navigated my husband and I living halfway across the country from our Philadelphia wedding and managed to keep all necessary parties in the loop without having to ask for anything. She kept both of our families calm and got rid of all wedding-planning anxieties that arose. She seamlessly rescheduled all decoration/alcohol drop-off to the venue when the Eagles Super Bowl derailed our plans. She spent the entire day at the venue to ensure all flowers were delivered on time and that we could drive our decorations down in the afternoon. Wendy handled all unexpected issues with grace and shielded us from any extra stress throughout our wedding weekend. I only had pieces of a vision for the ceremony and venue decorations, food, and flow of the events. Wendy expanded on these ideas and brought them to life in ways I couldn't have even imagined. Her relentless dedication to making sure we had everything we wanted, making sure everything went according to plan (or pivoted when necessary!), and her attention to detail led to an even more phenomenal wedding than we could have ever asked for. Her genuine care for us and for our families meant the world to us, and we feel truly fortunate to have met her and have her in our lives.
