She literally was the BEST to work with. She was a true partner and handled everything perfectly, giving us the confidence to just have fun on our wedding day. Our wedding was at Battello in Jersey City, NJ and Andrea was our month of coordinator. We were so lucky to have her for this journey. She knew exactly what needed to be done to have a successful day. The whole month before she reached out to vendors to ensure they had everything and ensured we were on track. And then she went further the days of with her tireless work and dedication. She was beyond helpful, and was the lead and reference point for everyone and knew exactly what everyone should be doing. She helped us with our ceremony rehearsal, bringing in all my DIY/crafty items, making sure we got all the photos, dealt with a seating situation we had for us... and beyond. Andrea lead the day to success with her professionalism, kindness, relaxing energy. We can't recommend her enough!

Hiring Andrea as the planner for our civil wedding celebration was the best decision we made. She successfully tracked our budget, managed our task list, helped us find top quality vendors, and held recurring meetings with us to keep us on track. All in all, she assembled the best day of our lives! We are eternally grateful for the thought and care she put into every detail, big and small, which allowed us as the couple to not stress and would absolutely hire her again to plan future events. Andrea was the Planner and Officiant for our Manhattan wedding and her organizational skills made the planning process smooth and simple with clearly defined objectives and goals along the way. When the wedding day came we were well prepared with a detailed plan. Her ceremony was amazing and well put together with a script that left everyone in tears. My base package begins at 60 to 90 days. Partial planning begins at 6 months, and full planning begins at least 12 months out from the date!

I am with you leading up to the event throughout the entire planning process. The day of, I’m with you for up to 10 hours, and always have at least one assistant onsite. For additional set up requirements or weddings over 150 guests, additional assistants are added on.

Absolutely! I love getting to know the specifics of your event and you both as a couple, as well as ensuring we're a good fit to work together. Please reach out and we can find a time that works!

I typically only take 1 large event per weekend, and take on a maximum of 12 weddings per year.

I've coordinated, officiated, and been a venue manager for hundreds of weddings over the course of my career. The myriad of experiences and unique details for each event have informed my process over the years to create a streamlined, communicative approach to the planning process. Living in NYC has definitely influenced my style, and I appreciate and love to support multicultural, creative, alternative celebrations! My background in the hospitality industry has also provided me with extensive knowledge in food, beverage and logistics for events on a large and small scale. I look forward to discussing the details of your event!
