A 16-year veteran of the NYC club scene. I collaborate closely with couples to create their unique musical experiences for themselves and their guests by delivering a Sophisticated Savoire-Faire of seamlessly blended hits from past decades to what's currently in vogue; citing T-40 Dance, House, IndiePop/Rock, Nu-Disko, Hip Hop, Funk, Soul, Disco, Latin and Reggae as some of my favorites.

Music has always been a conduit for my self expression. At the age of 16, I was mentored by a club DJ in Seattle. I quickly discovered music had the power to facilitate joy and connection between people. From then on I have worked hard to hone intuitive skills and an eclectic musical repertoire. I pride myself in being able to tune into the vibe of a crowd and and keep the dance floor full and engaged over many different genres. As a NYC wedding DJ and DJ for special events, it's a different experience every time. I fuse my Nightlife and Wedding Experience to ensure a Packed Dance Floor performed with Sophistication, Presence, and Tact.

    Marcus was the DJ we had for our wedding in Brooklyn. As a DJ myself I can tell you that he was flipping fantastic. He provided music for the ceremony, and microphones for the officiants, and he went above and beyond in his preparation for our big day. He curated a playlist of all the songs we wanted to hear and read the crowd perfectly. I would highly recommend him for any party, not just a wedding. He was also an excellent compare. Thank you Marcus for making our special day all the more perfect. From LaLa and JJ xx. PS, for the quality of service we got from Marcus, he probably could charge about another 1000 more than he does.

    We love Marcus! We found Marcus after listening to samples from dozens of different DJs. I loved his overall style from the start and how he seamlessly transitions songs. After speaking with Marcus for the first time, I knew we wanted to go ahead with him and it was such a great decision. He completely understood our vision for what we wanted and gave us such a great confidence that he would deliver (spoiler: he totally did). Marcus was truly such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His professionalism, gentle demeanor, and overall vibe cannot be understated. He kept our dance floor going all night, listened to all of our requests, met with us several times throughout the planning process, and was overall just wonderful. Thank you Marcus for everything!     We had an incredible experience working with Dan and Marcus - Dan was the DJ for our wedding reception, and made such a huge effort to curate the playlist and vibe that we were looking for. Our wedding was a multicultural affair and we appreciated how thoughtful he was in bringing together South Asian and Western musical influences for a set that had our guests dancing until the venue shut down! We also made the last minute decision to bring a tabla player on board for the evening, and Dan was a huge resource in making sure the live music was integrated perfectly into the evening. Could not recommend Dan team more highly for their creativity and professionalism!
