Bailey and Eliza love love. Both queer women married to transmen, we loved planning our own weddings and celebrating the parts of "the big day" that felt the most like our love stories. We have partnered together to bring this experience to you. Our ideal clients are also LGBTQIA+ (or at least allies who really like to party) who are looking to co-create the wedding of their dreams.
At BEloved Events, LLC, we believe in celebrating love in all its beautiful forms. We are a Philadelphia-based, LGBTQIA+ women-owned wedding planning business, dedicated to making your special day as unique and unforgettable as your love story. As queer women we have a deep understanding of the diverse needs and desires of our clients; our team is here to bring your dream wedding to life. Our passion lies in crafting weddings that reflect your personalities, values, and the essence of your love. BEloved are the BEst!
We simply couldn’t recommend Bailey and Eliza enough. They are absolute rockstars and made sure my Husband and I had so much support, love, and respect through the entire process. There were certain aspects of our wedding that were non traditional and they were composers in making it seamless. Bailey and Eliza were invaluable coordinating our vendors, several of which had never done weddings before. We did the three month plan, starting with refining our vision board up to the day of the wedding. On our wedding day, they took full control making sure we felt like guests of honor rather than hosts, and shielded us completely from anything that went wrong. For example, there was a slight issue with a leaking pipe in the food service area that I only found out about a full week after the wedding because they handled it with privacy and urgency. Even after the wedding, they helped us with returning rentals to a tricky vendor. If you book BEloved, you will be incredibly lucky to have true partners in making your wedding amazing. BEloved Events was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From our first call, Eliza and Bailey's communication was clear, quick, and incredibly helpful as we navigated the planning process. They are an excellent team - organized, prepared, and confident in their ability to bring our vision to life. On the day of, they were warm, supportive, and ensured everything ran smoothly so we could truly be present and soak in every moment. As a queer couple, we felt understood and affirmed throughout our experience with BEloved Events. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any couple looking for an exceptional wedding planning experience.

BEloved Events was an absolute delight to work with when planning our wedding! As a queer couple, wedding planning seemed like an overwhelming endeavor on the face. The term "wedding" tends to be pretty loaded for queer people, often conjuring images of very traditional and sometimes overly extravagant ceremonies. For us, we weren't sure what we wanted at first but we knew that these things did not describe who we are. BEloved Events really put us at ease and helped us plan the perfect celebration that honored who we are as a couple. Eliza thought of everything from the ceremony, the reception, and all the lead-up to both. She made sure we were comfortable with everything and took special care to make sure it felt like us. From personalizing our vows (cuz she officiated too!), the venue, and decor, BEloved Events really made sure that this was an unforgettable celebration of love. Thank you, BEloved!

First time working with BEloved events and they were a blast to work with. I typically work with smaller wedding parties and this was a total blast. I worked directly with Eliza on planning out the shooting schedule for the photos and it was super easy. She took my input in for the time cadence and made me feel like I was more than just a hired hand. Looking forward to working together again !
