Hi, I'm Emily, the person behind Emily Palm Photography. I'm based in Philly but I travel for weddings worldwide. My passion for photography lies in documenting each wedding's authentic love and real emotions.

My goal is to depict every couple's one-of-a-kind love story through my images. My unique style can be described as documentary with a pop of energy and personality. On the day of your shoot with me, you can expect that I will be a fly on the wall at times, while also giving prompts to put my subjects at ease and allow them to freely express themselves. From our first consultation, Emily from Emily Palm Photography truly listened to our vision for our wedding day and worked closely with us to bring it to life. She was attentive to every detail, and her warm and calming presence made the entire photography experience stress-free. Emily was a joy to work with, we would absolutely recommend her to anyone who asked. From the beginning she was clear, organized, and curious about what we wanted our wedding to be like. On the actual day, she and her second shooter Ari were timely and incredibly put together. They were great at dispelling nerves, making the whole photography process fun, and keeping everyone organized. They were also incredibly discreet while also being everywhere at once. We’ve only gotten the preview photos yet, but based on those alone I am dying to see the rest- the photos are beautiful and really capture the day and everyone so perfectly. I really cannot say enough good things about working with Emily and her folks- hire them today!!

Emily made our wedding day so much fun. She made us feel comfortable during all the photos and was able to capture a lot of sweet moments. Her timeline helped us stay on track throughout the day and her second photographer was also a great addition to the team! We also used her package for engagement photos and loved everything. We have hundreds of photos from the day, it is hard to pick which one to print out and frame! Her communication and flexibility throughout the whole process was great as well!

Emily was beyond helpful long before the day of our wedding. She took our engagement photos (and extra photos with our dogs), helped figure out our timeline, and talked through how things might feel the day of. When the wedding day came around, Emily exuded a confidence that made us feel at ease on what could have been a hectic day. If anything went wrong, we had no clue. She also picked an amazing second shooter (Cauanne) to make sure we didn't miss any memories. Emily helped us be in the right spots at the right time and had no problem rounding up our entire families for big group pictures. Her editing feels special, too. True to the day and managed to capture the vibe of our wedding. And the black and white photos were perfection! I never imagined how often I'd go back to look at those specifically to remember our day. Thank you, Emily!
