Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England late summer/autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. It is lit up with market lights and optional lanterns. We provide round tables and chairs to be set up however you choose, and we can accommodate whatever vendors and catering you prefer. We offer overnight lodging in our Hill House and Log Cabin as an additional package, and we include adjacent summer cottage rooms for your bridal prep. I cannot recommend Four Winds Farm enough. Not only was our wedding perfect and unforgettable, but the whole weekend was so truly special. Ian and Bri went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true with such care and ease. Every single inch of Four Winds is gorgeous, you’ll have a hard time choosing where you want it all to happen! We also really appreciated the history and character of the barn, we barely had to decorate as the space was filled with memorabilia and fun details. It’s really the coolest spot. As we come up on our first anniversary, we’re wishing we could go back and relive it all!

Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here. From the very beginning, Mayfair Farm spoke volumes to us as not only does the entire venue represent our home state of NH, but their focus on farm-to-table food sold us in a heartbeat. As two foodies, my husband and I could not get over how unique of an experience it was to help curate our wedding menu based off of Sarah and Craig’s farm and to morph our food to fit our own food-loving wants. Sarah and Craig are a wonderful duo and to have been able to work with Sarah and her incredible team was a treat. They provided effortless class and taste throughout our rehearsal dinner and entire wedding day. My now husband and I had an amazing experience at Stonebridge! The venue is beautiful and Halley was wonderful. Very friendly, wicked quick with communication, and super thoughtful. She help me pick out colors and center pieces (which were perfect!) , that was really helpful and took all that stress off me. We had a pretty small wedding, about 20 people, and everyone had an amazing time. The staff was very professional and friendly. The chef was helpful and understanding of a couple of our picky eaters, both him and Halley worked with us to make sure everyone had something to eat that they like. Speaking of food, the food was awesome, even my husbands Italian grandfather loved it! I wouldn't have changed anything about that day 10/10 would recommend.

Gaby and company are super helpful, always around when you need them, prompt with communication and draw their vendors onto their team the day of. The staff members are friendly, always smiling, always helpful! Windsor Mountain is quite a drive for us, but a trip we are willing to make every time. We know the work flow the day of will be joyful and cohesive!

Where do I start? From the very beginning Kim and her team at Hyla Brook Estate were always nice and answered all questions even if I asked soo many!! They had made wedding day smooth even though we were a little crazy. From the table setups, to the small things that had to be changed last minute. They just absolutely killed it, the venue is stunning, the team members are absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints! They are pros no matter what you throw at them. They created my wedding day welcome mirror, they have an amazing something borrowed collection, amazing makeup/hair room, so many photo locations on site, they coordinated well with my vendors, literally nothing went wrong on my wedding day! Just felt amazing! I would recommend them OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! No regrets! Thank you Kim & her team !

We got married at Field to Fork Farm on August 9th, 2025 and it was everything we dreamed of and more. It was an idyllic New England farm wedding with rolling hills, and farm animals straight out of a fairytale. The venue owners, Patrick and Daniela and their children are such kind down-to-Earth people and really made the wedding process fun and stress free. This venue is unique in that it’s really a blank slate and up to you what you choose for your wedding vision, from the ceremony layout, to the tent, to caterers, and decorations. Bringing in our own vendors took more leg work on our part, but it was well worth it as this made our wedding feel very special since we got to pick vendors to suit our taste. Patrick and Daniela were so helpful at answering our questions through the entire process, and allowed us to stop by to walkthrough the farm as needed for the planning process. On the day of our wedding Patrick and Daniela were so helpful making sure everything was well prepared from the ceremony setup to helping the vendors as they arrived. We had a few guests with difficulties walking, and Patrick kindly drove them to the ceremony spot in the south field in the golf cart. One of the highlights of this venue is that it’s a working family farm. They have so many cute animals including cows, donkeys, geese, chicken, and goats with 3 babies which were a huge hit with our guests who got to hold them! At one point there had to be at least 40 of our guests around the goats haha! Patrick even had the animals come into the pen closest to the tent so our guests could easily walk over to see them. Speaking of animals, the venue is dog friendly so our precious dog got to be part of our special day! The farm landscape is so beautiful, and Patrick and Daniela are constantly working to beautify their farm through projects like their new vineyard. We didn’t have to go crazy with decorations since the farm had so much natural beauty. This made for great photos. The farm is expansive, and our guests enjoyed walking around during cocktail hour and after dinner. There are so many scenic spots tucked away throughout the farm, such as their pond which we snuck off to for private vows on the dock before the ceremony, and photos in the canoe after dinner. A very unique part of this venue, is that camping is allowed! We ended up staying the night and camping and so did several of our friends as an after party. We had so much fun, and so did our friends. It was a great choice for us and our guests who wanted to continue the party without having to worry about driving home. We were allowed to use the space for the whole weekend, which was super helpful for setting up and packing up everything as we brought a lot of things in ourselves. We chose to have our wedding rehearsal at the farm as well, and it was a great experience! Another thing we did unique to the farm was include Field to Fork Farm spices as gift favors for our guests, which were a hit! Field to Fork Farm has a little farm store with delicious meats, spices, and other products for sale that we enjoyed purchasing each time we visited leading up to the wedding, so we knew we wanted to incorporate something from the farm for our guests. Shane and the team are very accommodating. Every detail that I forgot to plan the team at Pica's either asked or addressed without hesitation. The Green House area is super cute. We had 50 people. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kat tending bar was super as usual!! The menu options continue to grow. Quality of food never disappoints. Highly recommend!!!!

We were so pleased with our amazing experience at Fern Hill Barn!! Every member of the team was consistently working throughout the day to make things run smoothly and help take any pressure or stress off us as the bride and groom. We experienced a very aggressive pop up thunderstorm right as our outdoor ceremony was supposed to take place, and I have never seen a team take action like they did. Carly kept me posted on the forecast and when we were forced to move inside, the team was at attention, putting up the sides of the tent, moving florals, and keeping everything pristine for the tent ceremony. Joanne, our banquet captain, helped me with any and everything that day - from adjusting my veil and dress, to calming my nerves about the storm, and even making sure we had our first congratulatory drinks once we were married. I cannot thank everyone enough, and we will surely be recommending our venue for years to come. We held our wedding at Retreat Farm and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, this venue exceeded our expectations in every way. Our weekend began with a field day celebration the day before the wedding. Farmhouse Square was perfect for this, and the staff went above and beyond to help us organize food stations and arrange picnic tables. The staff made themselves available for the entire day and were friendly to our guests which helped set the tone for the entire weekend. Working with Samantha, the venue coordinator, made the planning process so much easier. She was incredibly communicative and patiently answered about a million questions from us. We were one of their Retreat Farm’s first weddings, so there were a few minor administrative hiccups along the way, but I have complete confidence these will be smoothed out for future couples. Samantha’s responsiveness and helpfulness were invaluable. On our wedding day, rain was in the forecast which was very stressful for us leading up to the ceremony which was slated to be held outdoors. We prepared to hold the ceremony inside the barn, which would have been beautiful in its own right, but then, the rain ended up clearing at the last second. Thankfully, the incredible staff had already set up the chairs and arch and managed to move everything back outside within half an hour (literally wiping down every single chair as fast as they could). We ended up with the most breathtaking outdoor ceremony as the clouds parted and the sun literally shone down on us. It was pure magic, and the staff's quick work made it possible. Additionally, the venue's beautiful outdoor spaces provided awesome backdrops for photos so we’re glad we were able to take advantage of them. One of the most unique and memorable aspects of Retreat Farm is the farm animals. We surprised our guests with a surprise donkey ring bearer (that the barn manager, Felipe, took the time to practice walking the aisle with), and during cocktail hour, the open barn allowed guests to interact closely with all the animals. This was hands-down one of the highlights that our guests are still talking about—the pictures that we saw everyone take were priceless. Every single person who works at Retreat Farm was exceptionally kind and professional. From the bartenders who handled the bar service beautifully (and even accommodated our requests for specific drinks on the menu) to the staff directing guests and everyone in between—the team made us feel so well taken care of. It's worth noting that this is more of a DIY venue where you bring your own decorations and coordinate most vendors. We loved this because it allowed us to truly make the wedding our own and put our personal stamp on every detail but recognize that this may not be for everyone. We highly recommend Retreat Farm for couples looking for a unique, beautiful, and flexible venue with character, charm, and the most wonderful staff (and also animals!)

My wife & I had the privilege to get married surrounded by our friends & family at the beautiful Montague Retreat Center in June of 2024. There’s a seemingly endless list of what drew us to MRC, but some key features to highlight: - Incredibly beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces - Comfortable, spacious, and accessible on-site lodging options - Flexible weekend buyout, enabling us to bring all of our ideas to life without much restriction or hurdles - Wheelhouse Catering: some of the best wedding food we’ve ever tasted in our lives - All of Montague staff, especially Jason Jason deserves his own dedicated review, but from the planning stages all the way through until the end of our weekend, Jason made himself available and ready to help. Jason referred several our vendors that made our day go off without a hitch, all of whom brought creative and personal touches that made our day so special. He consistently went above and beyond day of as well, from catching decorations that needed to be put out, to being hands-on assisting guests that needed extra help, and facilitating vendors to ensure everything was in its right place. His knowledge and general presence brought a calming energy that really helped us feel at home at MRC. For our wedding weekend (170 guests), we really took advantage of all we could at MRC. We observed first hand and heard from guests after our wedding that they felt they had plenty of space to enjoy themselves comfortably through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. With the full weekend rented, we used every square inch that the venue offered: - Friday: Portable Brick Oven Pizza in front of the Great Hall - Saturday AM: family provided breakfast buffet near the dining tent - Ceremony: Outdoor up on the ceremony ring - Cocktail Hour: Custom Poetry and plenty of activities all around the barn - Reception: Live band with stage lighting & sound; DJ later in the evening - Saturday Night: Late night fire pit & snacks for the wedding party - Sunday AM: Bagel sandwiches from Tandem Bagel in the lower level of the barn We can’t stress enough how perfect our weekend was at MRC. Montague Retreat Center will always hold a special place in our hearts, as it left a lasting impact on not only us, but our friends and family as well. At the end of our wedding weekend, many of our family members suggested that we rent out the space for a night every few years for a recurring big family bash. We may have to do just that!

My husband and I visited Scott Farm on two occasions before our June 2025 wedding and will continue to treasure it as a destination. The staff, especially Suzanne Tessitore, are absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help us produce the (slightly alternative) wedding of our dreams. Our 80 guests could comfortably gather in the Apple Barn, by the brook, and at Naulakha for our send-off brunch the morning after. The natural beauty and calm of Dummerston combined with the beautiful, quirky features of the property like the stone walls and cafe bar really made the whole event feel like an escape from reality. We were able to rent all the houses on the property for ourselves and our immediate families, which was a great way to spend lots of time together (and have help close by on set-up day!). It was personally meaningful to me as a native Vermonter to share this state with our people, especially at a venue that encapsulates so many of the values and features that I love about it. I could go on and on! Some more key points: - We were a very (very) DIY couple and appreciated the control we were given for space usage, setup, and flow of the day -- we did not need a lot of hand-holding and we never felt like we were being "managed" - I have a family member who uses a wheelchair and he was able to get around the Apple Barn and surrounding grounds just fine - We ordered apple cider doughnuts from the farm as part of our wedding dessert and they were A - The vendors that Scott Farm suggested to us were all great, and as someone easily overwhelmed by decision fatigue I appreciated that in this relatively remote area there weren't too many options - Many of our guests were LGBTQIA and (not surprisingly for Vermont) were very comfortable - My father in law wanted to bake sourdough bread for our welcome dinner and Suzanne brought us her personal dutch oven for him to use!?! I would recommend Scott Farm as a venue for anyone looking for a naturally beautiful, simple venue highlighting the Vermont landscape and local food economy. We will treasure these memories forever.

Salem Cross Inn checked all our boxes for the perfect venue. It was affordable and included an outdoor ceremony location as well as an indoor ceremony location in case of rain. Luckily, the weather was gorgeous for our early Autumn wedding to allow us to be married outside. Our guest list was small, less than 50 people, which allowed us to rent The Brookfield Room on the second floor. This was perfect for us and provided us with a dance room and recpetion room. The bridal suite gave us sanctuary to have our makeup and hair done while our amazing photographer wandered around capturing our day. The backdrop of a beautiful farm landscape made for the perfect fantasy enchanted forest wedding theme. But the staff were the real stars in our day as they made everything incredibly easy. Donna and Nancy checked in on us to make sure we were all set. They helped with some quick changes and genuinely enjoyed our party. Hailee was a superstar! She took care of anything we needed, made sure that our stuff was safe and was wonderful with the kids at our party. I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. I am grateful for their professionalism, joy and the food was absolutely mouthwatering!!

It was nothing short of amazing, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the delicious food. It was presented beautifully, too! Also- the Barn has the BEST chocolate chip cookies you’ll ever taste and I recommend trying them regardless of what you do for your wedding dessert. What truly made our day so seamless and stress-free was our incredible wedding coordinator, Kate (Kate the great or the GOAT as well called her). From start to finish, Kate was phenomenal. Her organizational skills were impeccable, and she paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Kate's personable nature and deep knowledge of wedding planning made us feel completely at ease. She was patient and responsive, always ready to address any questions or concerns we had. On the wedding day, she conducted everything flawlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment with confidence and comfort. Absolutely speechless. Dell-Lea is chef’s kiss perfect. We had the most amazing fall weather and foliage and sunset. Completely blow away by how effortlessly beautiful the day was - we brought no outside/ceremony decorations because the backdrop is so stunning. Laurie - our day of coordinator - was the master of all masters. She handled everything and seemed to be in 10 places at once all night long. She always checked in with us to see if we needed more food or drinks. She seamlessly handled a vendor snafu - our three bus drivers did not order a meal when I asked before our final headcount was due, but requested a meal on arrival at the venue. Laurie provided them each a meal and I didn’t hear a peep about it until the night was over! She helped my family pack up our decorations at the end of the night and made sure we had everything we needed. She even donated my bridesmaids bouquets to a local nursing home! The food - cannot say enough about how delicious the food was. Multiple guests came up to us during and shortly after dinner service to rave about their meals - the stuffed chicken, espresso encrusted filet, and cashew cheese ravioli. All so good, and my husband and I had all three at our table! The appetizers - incredible! The family recipe crab rangoons are worth the hype! The bartenders were incredible all night and nailed our signature cocktails. Working with Dell-Lea was seamless. I sent only a handful of emails before our details meeting because everything is so clear. Dell-Lea offers rental decorations, so we chose to rent table numbers, eucalyptus strands, centerpiece accents, and popular signage, saving us so much money. We cannot say enough good things about Dell-Lea - our day was so beautiful and perfect. We hope to be a guest at Dell-Lea someday!
