About this venue
Mountain View Stables sits on 70 private acres in Loudon Our 30 x 80 barn has many floor plan options and can seat up to 80 guests, with additional seating benches throughout, tables and chairs included. 2 beautifully decorated bridal suites, bar, coffee station, fire pit with bistro lighting, fire wood included, pond, brook, maintained pasture to accommodate any size tent (not included) for larger events, yard games, tree swing, antique tractor and more. With our featured Mountain View ceremony site w/ 10 sixteen foot long benches and arbor included, just a few minutes up a scenic gravel road. This property has so much to offer. We are a DIY Venue giving you the freedom to make this space uniquely yours. We welcome outside fully insured vendors and happy to refer preferred vendors as well. The price includes three day exclusive access to the property for rehearsal, set up, and clean up post event day. Also included, Day of on-site event coordinator, and parking attendants.

CAUTION: This venue is beautiful but beware. The owner will hover the entire time, making herself an unwelcomed and unhappy guest. Her demeanor is confrontational and knit pickey about what every guest is doing. She is extremely rude and clearly has no past experience in the wedding business. She pulled a garbage oarrel across the middle of the tent a couple times during event to clear tables. You will be nickel and dimed for every detail. Be prepared to even clean the bathrooms! The only thing that she is concerned about being perfect is that it looks like you were never there, pointing at the tasks that she deams necessary during clean up ensuring that there is not one speck out of place. Over the top right down to the blue lights on top of her golf cart as patrols the grounds to watch everyone's every move.
Happy place with a great vibe
Easy to work with. A gorgeous setting tastefully done. Staff are present and happy the entire time. This is a great place for combo outdoor/indoor spring/summer or fall wedding for sure.

Mountain View Stables was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, Jen, the owner, was incredibly responsive, helpful, passionate, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the planning process and made sure every detail was taken care of. The venue itself was well-maintained, clean and affordable, with a beautiful rustic charm that set the ideal backdrop for our special day. Jen was also very flexible, accommodating our requests and ensuring our wedding day went off without a hitch. We were able to truly enjoy every moment of the day while knowing all the details would be taken care of! We are so grateful to the Mountain View Stables team for making our dream wedding a reality! We could not have asked for anything more
Best wedding I’ve ever been to!
Mountain View stables is hands down the best venue for a wedding in the area! The view of the mountains at the ceremony site is absolutely unbelievable. Jen is very supportive and caring. She helped coordinate and organize for our perfect day. Best wedding I’ve ever been to. Gorgeous site
