About this venue

Milliken Manor sits right at the foot of Mount Monadnock and hosts incredible mountain views. With numerous event venues and weekend long rental, you can host as many events as you would like! The Manor is rich with history, and is in a beautiful, luxurious condition. It features a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, ample sitting rooms, 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower, a game room and swimming pool. The 2500 square foot barn is renovated to perfection with classy gold lighting features, a built in bar and large picture windows. Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here. All of the event spaces include tables and chairs!

The Manor

Historic Manor with ample space.

The Manor's first floor features a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, a vibey den with a wet bar, large parlor and screened in porch. The parlor and porch are spacious and can be set up with tables and chairs for events. The rest of the Manor has six bedrooms, each with a king bed and full bathroom, a swimming pool and a game room.

The Barn

Renovated barn with elegant features.

The 2,500 square foot barn has a large reception space with a built in bar and large picture windows. Attached to the barn is a small pre-function space, perfect for an indoor cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, or overflow guest seating. Right outside the barn doors is an outdoor terrace with incredible mountain views and an exterior bar window attached to the interior bar.

The Grounds

Beautiful fields with mountain views.

The fields outside the Manor and Barn all offer amazing mountain views, where we can set up our garden chairs for a wedding ceremony. It is also great space for cocktail hour, lawn games, fire pit and more!

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wedding venue—not for a wedding, but as accommodations for a family getaway—and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views. Whether it was the sunrise over the landscape or the peaceful evenings on the patio, the scenery offered a sense of calm that you rarely find. The hospitality was truly top-notch. The team treated us with the same care and attention you’d expect for a wedding party. Every detail was seamless and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. As for the home itself—it was beautiful, spacious, and extremely accommodating. The rooms were cozy yet elegant, the common areas were perfect for gathering, and the overall layout made it easy for everyone to unwind without feeling crowded. It felt like a private retreat with all the warmth of home, but elevated by the quality and service of a luxury venue.

    I've been in the NH event industry for over 20 years and recently I've attended two events at Milliken Manor. Both the event space and manor allow the client to personalize their event beautifully. The manor has a historic elegance and the venue is warm and inviting. The owners, Kristen and Jay take each of their client's needs to heart and have thought of every detail to wow their guests.     I recently toured Milliken Manor and was blown away! The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the mountain are breathtaking and the property is pristine. It gives an old money feel with the Manor's exposed brick and detailed woodwork. I love how many different photo opportunities there are. The owner, Kristen, planned our wedding a couple years ago. If we could get married again, we would definitely do it here in a heartbeat!

    From the first time we met with Kristen, we were impressed by her transparent and honest communication style.
