We enjoyed all our pre wedding meetings with her via video call and felt confident with all the decisions we made. She developed a day of schedule that we were able to review multiple times prior to it being shared with all our wedding vendors. Kaileigh and her team member, Paige, effectively instructed and organized our wedding party during rehearsal dinner to allow for adequate preparation while still encouraging us to have fun together. Kaileigh took the time to check in with both my husband and I day of to iron out any last minute requests and assure that we were stress free. Our wedding was a Maine beach wedding which meant many moving parts and unpredictable weather, but Kaileigh truly did an amazing job coordinating to assure that all our meaningful details and weddings dreams came to life. We worked with a forever thing for our wedding celebrations over 2 years. We first had a smaller, backyard wedding in the fall of 2020 that Brittany helped run flawlessly. After seeing how easy she made things feel for us during our small celebration, we decided to hire her to plan our 300 person wedding in August of 2022. I leaned on her for all of our vendor recommendations, decoration planning and even song selections. My now husband & I hired Annastacia in 2024 to plan our medium-sized unique (and untraditional!) island wedding in Maine. We couldn't have found a better fit for the job and feel very lucky that our friend referred her to us. For about 70% of the wedding planning itself, my husband and I lived far away from where our wedding in Maine would actually be, but Annastacia was unfazed by the physical distance. We met remotely and she continued to never miss a beat in our correspondences, leading up to the day itself. We liked her so much during the planning process, that we eventually asked her to help us with our shared bachelorette party AND the after wedding brunch as well, because she was so capable and efficient! She took the stress right out of our hands, and took on more than we ever imagined. I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Nicole is clearly passionate about building her wedding planning business, which if you hire her, you’ll quickly realize. She makes the time for you, is super attentive, has an eye for detail and keeps a level head while navigating the real-time happenings and changes that come with any event. Even though we only hired Nicole as a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond in helping in so many other ways in the lead up to our wedding day. We were pretty hands on in our planning, but Nicole always made thoughtful suggestions to help us push things along and fill in the gaps we were missing. She guided us on a work-back timeline and stayed in contact with us throughout all of the planning. She built out our day of timeline, which helped us fill in the gaps that we were forgetting/missing. If we could rewind, we would have chosen a full-on coordinator for all the planning and logistics vs just a day-of coordinator after experiencing how helpful Nicole was. It’s worth mentioning that Nicole had minor hand surgery in the months prior to our wedding, and even though she was healed up the day-of, she made sure nothing could possibly go wrong by enlisting her super kind husband to come along for the day to help out with setting up, which was above and beyond what we had signed up for. So you can feel confident that Nicole will deliver for you regardless of the situation! Another way Nicole went above and beyond… we were hoping to have candle holders for our reception tables. We were hesitant to purchase some ourselves due to the price and knowing we’d only use them one day, but Nicole offered up her own candle holders she had on hand, so we could have the vibe we envisioned. It’s that level of kindness and thoughtfulness that really makes a difference in the experience and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further than Nicole. Her wedding business is flourishing and we’re so happy to have worked with her!

We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing.
