Her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that our wedding day went off without a hitch. As the mother of the bride, Cassie's calm and reassuring presence really helped to lower my stress level, allowing me to fully enjoy the day. We hired Cassie as a day-of coordinator about 5 months before the wedding to help manage all the details. I had already hired most vendors but wanted a partner who could help me with some ideas and make sure everything was executed properly. Cassie went above and beyond, working with us on questions and issues that arose in the months leading up to the wedding and making herself available for numerous calls and meetings with us and the venue. On the actual day, I knew I was in great hands - she was such a calming presence and everything ran smoothly. Cassie did a beautiful job setting up the decor items. She then packed everything up perfectly at the end of the night! Can't recommend Cassie enough!!

Cassie was a super star for our wedding. We hired Cassie for day-of coordination so that we could have someone to help keep the day organized, punctual, and make sure everything went according to plan as the main contact between the venue and vendors. Most notably, Cassie was incredibly organized and prepared leading up to and the day of our wedding ensuring we did not forget any details. My wife and I did a lot of DIY for our wedding and Cassie made sure all of our DIY came to fruition. Additionally, Cassie was a pleasure to work with as she is incredibly kind, flexible and very easy to work with.

First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Cassie took photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, capturing moments and details we didn’t even think to ask for. Having those memories in addition to our photographers photos meant so much to us!! (I attached just a few for reference) Her ability to manage every detail flawlessly amazed me! Cassie truly is a miracle worker, a problem-solver, and a memory-maker all in one! Everyone loved her so much! I don’t know how we got so lucky!
