Our Wedding Wouldn't Have Happened Without Cassie

HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Even the hairstylist noted she had never seen a bridal party so relaxed and on schedule. At our wedding, with Cassie handling all the day-of coordination, we were able to simply be guests of honor and enjoy the evening. Our wedding ended up being beyond our wildest dreams and it is really all thanks to Cassie.

Our venue recommended Cassie, but she herself was already booked for another wedding. However she had Caitlyn work with us instead and it's CRAZY to think about how night and day it was before and after hiring this team. Cassie still made us felt like she was checking in and cared about us, and Caitlyn was a phenomenal lift on our stress. She was everywhere we needed her to be. If you're looking at this, and you and your partner are working full time, PLEASE get a coordinator or planner. And PLEASE let it be this team. They really were such a fun part of our day. Caitlyn I will always remember you for body checking people getting in the way of our photo shoots at the Boston Public Gardens. We love y'all.

Cassie was incredible to work with, my wedding day couldn’t have been pulled off without her!!! I had a Cape wedding with a handful of moving parts as opposed to everything happening in one place— from getting ready offsite in rental houses, church ceremony, coffee hour in between to fill time, then cocktail hour/reception at the venue— Cassie made the day absolutely seamless!! I also had a few vendors who this was their first time working at my venue and everything went perfect!! Asides from how talented she is, seeing her warm smile on your wedding day is something I recommend for every bride! Thank you so much Cassie!

Hiring Cassie to be our planner was hands-down the best decision we made while planning our wedding. My now husband and I met her not long after she launched her business, and we were immediately impressed by how prepared, thoughtful, and organized she was. She brought such great energy to every meeting and made the whole process feel fun and manageable—something I didn’t think was possible! What really stood out was how well she listened. We came in with a bunch of scattered ideas and vague Pinterest boards, and somehow she took all of it and turned it into a clear, beautiful vision that felt totally us. She helped us stay prepared every step of the way. She thought of every detail, including the kinds of questions to ask at venues and to vendors, that we would’ve never even considered, which made a huge difference in choosing the right spot and team to work with. Cassie also had this amazing ability to advocate for us without making things awkward. If she sensed we weren’t vibing with a venue or someone, she’d shift gears to make sure that our concerns were addressed so smoothly that we never had to say a word. She always had our back—whether it was with vendors, the venue, or even just helping us stay within budget (which we did, thanks to her!). She was so patient when we fell behind on tasks and always made sure things stayed on track without making us feel stressed. And when the big day finally arrived, it was everything we hoped for—because Cassie never lost sight of our vision and worked so hard behind the scenes to bring it all together. We truly could not have done this without her. Cassie is a gem, and we’re so grateful to have had her by our side for such a special moment in our lives.
