    Hiring Cassie to be our planner was hands-down the best decision we made while planning our wedding. My now husband and I met her not long after she launched her business, and we were immediately impressed by how prepared, thoughtful, and organized she was. She brought such great energy to every meeting and made the whole process feel fun and manageable—something I didn’t think was possible! What really stood out was how well she listened. We came in with a bunch of scattered ideas and vague Pinterest boards, and somehow she took all of it and turned it into a clear, beautiful vision that felt totally us. She helped us stay prepared every step of the way. She thought of every detail, including the kinds of questions to ask at venues and to vendors, that we would’ve never even considered, which made a huge difference in choosing the right spot and team to work with. Cassie also had this amazing ability to advocate for us without making things awkward. If she sensed we weren’t vibing with a venue or someone, she’d shift gears to make sure that our concerns were addressed so smoothly that we never had to say a word. She always had our back—whether it was with vendors, the venue, or even just helping us stay within budget (which we did, thanks to her!). She was so patient when we fell behind on tasks and always made sure things stayed on track without making us feel stressed. And when the big day finally arrived, it was everything we hoped for—because Cassie never lost sight of our vision and worked so hard behind the scenes to bring it all together. We truly could not have done this without her. Cassie is a gem, and we’re so grateful to have had her by our side for such a special moment in our lives.

    Before we connected with Cassie, I was already feeling overwhelmed by the venue search, and we had only been engaged for a few weeks! But once we teamed up with Ros&Co, the experience changed entirely. Wedding planning actually became fun and surprisingly stress-free! And that held true throughout our wedding weekend, which was a dream come true. Cassie helped us develop our vision for the weekend and then translated that vision into all the little details that make for a beautiful event. Not only that, but she communicated with us, our vendors, and even our family members to make sure that everyone was on the same page. On the day of, she had a plan for literally everything that could have possibly gone wrong and ensured that we could focus 100% of our attention on each other and our guests. We can't thank Cassie enough or recommend Ros&Co more highly!

    We hired Cassie as a day-of coordinator about 5 months before the wedding to help manage all the details. I had already hired most vendors but wanted a partner who could help me with some ideas and make sure everything was executed properly. Cassie went above and beyond, working with us on questions and issues that arose in the months leading up to the wedding and making herself available for numerous calls and meetings with us and the venue. On the actual day, I knew I was in great hands - she was such a calming presence and everything ran smoothly. Cassie did a beautiful job setting up the decor items. She then packed everything up perfectly at the end of the night! Can't recommend Cassie enough!!
