Wedding Planner, Friend, & your Fiercest Advocate
I'm not sure I could ever fully put into words how much working with Charity meant to my husband and I. It's not an exaggeration to say that our wedding would not have happened without her. We planned our Maine wedding with Charity from across the country over endless zoom meetings and phone calls. We're so grateful for her flexibility and how connected we felt to her, even "virtually". Plus, without her incredible rolodex of industry legends, we wouldn't have found the BEST team of vendors we could have ever dreamed of. The stress of wedding planning can feel overwhelming at times, but Charity has a wonderful, calming nature. She guided us through decision fatigue and was always able to ground us in what was really important. Plus, she is such a seasoned pro that when you really just can't make another choice, you can trust her 100% to make the decision for you. Her ability to understand you and your partner's vision and values is such a gift. We ended up having to change wedding venues days before our guests arrived in Maine. That's a story for a different platform, but to say that Charity was our champion throughout those incredibly difficult moments is the understatement of the century. She worked overtime to get clarity on the issue with our original venue and was our most valued sounding board when deciding to pivot after all. Within four days, she found us a new venue, communicated with all our vendors about the change in logistics, which included adding generators, finding more buses, securing flameless candles, and so many more little details only she could think of. I can't even express to you the amount of work Charity did for us in those last days leading up to our wedding. Beyond that, I know she shielded my husband and I from most of it, only involving us in what we needed to be. She values protecting your peace, and her biggest wish is for you to enjoy this very special moment in your lives. I will never be able to express the gratitude I feel to have had her in our corner. Choosing to work with Charity gives you far more than just a wedding planner. She will be your friend and your fiercest advocate, too. Having her on our team was the best decision we could have ever, ever made. It'll be your best decision, too.

My husband and I cannot express our gratitude enough for Charity who was instrumental in making our dream wedding possible. We had the BEST experience throughout the entire process. Wedding planning can be challenging and overwhelming, but partnering with Charity meant could relax knowing we had an expert to help us navigate through, every step of the way. When it came time for our big day, Charity made sure my husband and I could be present and have the best time as bride and groom (rather than hosts). There were a few challenging surprise elements that popped up during the day, but Charity and team took care of every last thing, keeping the event moving seamlessly. From the moment we met I felt an immediate connection with Charity and knew we'd be in the trusted hands of a pro. She made our vision come to life and I could not be happier. I cannot recommend Charity enough for her expertise, skill and dedication to her couples. We love you Charity!
BEST DECISION EVER!
Originally I thought I could handle wedding planning myself with the help of our venue coordinator -- but as our wedding day approached, the overwhelming amount of logistics planning our wedding from the other side of the country sent me into a tailspin. Enter Charity -- leaving our first discovery call I immediately felt myself relax. It was an easy decision to hire her and my only regret is not hiring her from Day 1! Charity is kind-hearted, detail-oriented, creative, and knows her stuff. We hired her for "Wedding Coordination & Management" 5 months before our wedding, but her support went far beyond our expectations for that sort of service. As soon as we signed our contract, Charity was available to answer any questions I had (even little things like, are real or fake candles better?), and three months out she really dove in. She attended all of our vendor meetings, asking questions we never would have thought of, advocating for our vision, and reassuring our decisions. She managed communications and made sure we and our vendors all stayed on track. When it came to the wedding weekend (9/14/24), Charity was our biggest cheerleader and fierce protector. Leading our rehearsal she made sure to tell everyone that SHE was their point of contact and not to bother myself or my husband the day of the wedding. She arrived on our wedding day before any vendors showed up and stayed until the last vendor left. This woman walked over 14 MILES running around making sure everyone was doing their job and everything was perfectly in place on our wedding day. Our decor was set up perfectly, we ran EARLY on our timeline (I've been in a lot of wedding and know it's a miracle to even be on time), and us and our entire families were able to fully relax, unbothered, knowing that everything was being handled by a pro. When it came to the end of the night, we were able to go enjoy our after party with our guests without worrying about tearing down our event. We woke up the next morning to everything put away neatly back in their boxes ready for us to haul home. Charity's support literally followed through to the very last minute. To those brides whose venues come with a coordinator — I would seriously recommend still hiring Charity. A venue coordinator is not t he same as what Charity offers. That wasn't clear to me before, but it's very clear after. If you want someone who can support coordination across ALL of your vendors, be by your side in the months leading up to the event, and advocate for your vision throughout, do not wait until the end like me! We truly didn't have a single thing go wrong on our wedding day, and I am certain that would not have been the case without Charity!
