Best wedding planner!
I recently worked with Wei on a beautiful Chinese wedding, and she was fantastic. Her organization, communication, and understanding of cultural traditions made the entire day run smoothly. She kept everyone on track, supported the couple with ease, and was incredibly pleasant to collaborate with. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her to any couple looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable planner.
Perfect day thanks to the best coordinator!
I got married on November 1, 2025 and had an absolute dream day with zero stress at all, all thanks to Wei Yuh. I had a culturally blended Chinese/American wedding that incorporated a lot of chinese cultural and personal touches of mine and as I was planning I realized how much detail was going into it. There was also a complicated take-down, turnover setup situation during cocktail hour that was the last straw for me, I knew I wouldn't be able to enjoy my day or my guests if I was worrying about that. This is where I found Wei Yuh. I had many calls with other coordinators and planners who were all lovely but from our first intro call with Wei Yuh, I feel like we had a really great personality match. Along with that, it was so comforting to me that she knew the traditions and cultural niche that came with a chinese wedding which saved me from explaining everything (when, as a Chinese American, I wasn't even 100% sure on). Upon signing the agreement, Wei Yuh was available for questions and advice, also assisting me in finding vendors for things like my Lion Dance Troupe. All throughout planning she was very thorough and communicative with me and remained extremely available even when she was across the country. While incredibly accommodating, she also kept it realistic and so honest with me about everything. She completely took all the stress away from me, taking control of contracts, vendors communications, and keeping track of things I need to keep in mind for the budget. I leaned on her for everything, even interpersonal issues or drama she gave helpful advice and made me feel heard. I always felt like a priority and that was really great. On wedding day, I felt zero stress at all. Even when I went and attempted to seek out stress, Wei Yuh had none of it. she coordinated vendor arrival, cocktail setup, door games with my family, and finished the venue setup beautifully. It was the wedding I had envisioned plus more, I couldn't be any happier. If you're someone looking for a friendly, caring, detail oriented, efficient planner with excellent communication skills-- Wei Yuh is the best!
A Lovely and Elegant Wedding Rehearsal Dinner!
Wei Yuh was hired for the task of organizing a lovely and elegant Victorian Romance themed wedding rehearsal dinner at the Omni Parker Hotel on October 24, 2025. Following the dinner, a private Ghost Tour of Boston also took place for the wedding party, and the timing for these events was crucial. She did so professionally, with good communication with myself, the hotel staff, and the florist. From lace table runners to floating candles, everything was perfect when we arrived. Wei Yuh also communicated well with our guests concerning the day’s itinerary, suggestions for appropriate dress (since the ghost tour could be a bit chilly), and handled special needs requests with ease. She took charge of scheduling gift presentations and toasts between courses, tweaking them as needed to meet our schedule. I couldn't be happier with her services and I appreciate the work she put forth to make this event a very special evening!
The Gold Standard for Services Rendered
Good service is typically made up of clear and professional communication, timeliness, organization, foresight, and quality. On all counts, Wei Yuh provided *excellent* service. Technical Review: Her correspondence was always prompt and thorough, hitting every point and flagging items we would not have even thought of. She was also extremely flexible when it came to virtual meetings, accommodating for both of our busy schedule. On many occasions, we met outside of business hours solely out of convenience to *us* as the clients. At no point would we have expected this level of flexibility, but Wei Yuh was consistently there for us--even for ad hoc questions and concerns. Wei Yuh's organization was also exceptional. Every spreadsheet and document was well-sorted and easy to comprehend. She always took the time to walk us through items and reassure us about any concerns. In many instances, Wei Yuh anticipated issues that we would not have ever considered, saving us both trouble and money. In fact, Wei Yuh was always very sensitive to our budget and financial constraints, looking for creative ways to spare our wallet! This is yet another dimension in which her services went above and beyond. For nearly every major component of the planning process, Wei Yuh handled or guided liaising with other vendors. The result felt as if we truly had our "hands off the wheel" while still being fully aware of where the plans were headed. Overall Thoughts: We chose Wei Yuh because she immediately believed in our vision for the wedding. We had some very unorthodox ideas and were completely unsure our day would come together exactly as we wanted it. Writing this a few days after the wedding, we can say with complete confidence that Wei Yuh brought our hopes to life and executed them with precision, professionalism, and care. Throughout the process, including on the day itself, Wei Yuh maintained an energizing presence and clearly put everything she had into the project. We are certain that we could not have achieved our vision without a planner (despite stubbornly believing so in the very beginning!), but more than that, we don't think it would have happened without Wei Yuh specifically.
