You’ll get to choose your vendors and design without the added hassle of extensive research. Choose this package if you want your wedding to be talked about for years to come. | For couples who want to take a hands on approach in planning their big day, while eliminating the stress of handling the finer details. Together we will get a clear understanding of your vision and collaborate on vendor choice and design. Once your vendors are chosen, we’ll handle the logistics from there. We'll put our heads together to make your dream wedding a reality. | For couples who want to design their own vision, but still enjoy a stress free wedding day. You will provide decor, and all vendor information. From there we will work together to create your timeline. Meetings prior to your wedding day will ensure that all of the necessary contact information is provided and the decor set up is thoroughly discussed. A day of coordinator guarantees that your wedding will go as smoothly as possible. |

Peace of Mind on Our Big
Sarah was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She took the time to meet with us beforehand, understand and help guide our vision, and make sure every detail was perfectly planned. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing — she handled every logistic seamlessly and kept everything running smoothly. Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We can’t recommend Sarah enough!
Our perfect day
Sarah made our day go smoothly, everything was well planned and perfect. Worth noting that our officiant also noted that this is the absolute best coordinator she’s ever worked with. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was having Sarah there to make sure everything went as planned - thank you so much!
Day of coordination
I don’t even know where to begin. I felt as though we hit the jackpot when we hired Sarah for day of coordinating for our wedding. From the jump she ensured that the planning process was on track and sent me reminders during the months leading up to the big day. When it came to the wedding day, I had not a single worry. Sarah’s calm demeanor and confidence convinced me that she had everything under control - and she sure did! Our entire day was seamless. Not a single issue. When the night came to an end, Sarah had already handled the entire breakdown of decor leaving us with nothing to take care of but pack our cars up. We are still raving about her every time we talk about our wedding- even our families can’t even get over how great she was! Her years of experience is evident. Couldn’t recommend her more. If you’re looking for event planning of any kind - Sarah’s the answer!
The Best Decision We Made for Our Ceremony
Working with Sarah was an absolute dream. Planning a beach wedding in Maine while living in Florida felt overwhelming at first, but Sarah made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She is so organized, thoughtful, and proactive! She’s truly everything you could want in a wedding planner. One of the biggest challenges we faced was finding the right beach that wouldn’t be too impacted by high tide. Sarah went above and beyond. She is local, so she was able to offer a wonderful spot and ultimately helped us secure the most beautiful, cinematic beach setting we could have ever imagined. It was perfect in every way, and our day would not have been the same without her guidance. On top of that, Sarah offered to help with anything and everything on the wedding day itself from moving chairs to paying vendors so we could just enjoy the moment. That kind of support is priceless. We are so grateful for her expertise, kindness, and dedication. Thank you, Sarah, for making our dream wedding a reality! We can’t recommend Petal & Pine highly enough.
