She managed transportation hiccups, including calming me down during an 11pm panic call, and oversaw cleanup so well that when we returned to the house the next day it was pretty much spotless. What impressed me most was how she worked so diligently behind the scenes without ever inserting herself unnecessarily. I barely saw her the entire day, yet everything ran like clockwork. At the same time, she is warm, sweet, and genuinely kind. She looked out for us in every way and made sure we could actually soak in and enjoy our wedding. We had originally considered paying a friend to be our coordinator, and looking back, that would have been absolutely crazy. Hiring Erica was one of the best decisions we made. She made our wedding not only possible, but magical. I would recommend her a thousand times over.
