At LVLF, we do more than plan exquisite weddings. We also excel in areas that are not so obvious to others -- ​like our mind-numbing attention to the tiniest detail, ​awareness of complex family dynamics, and delicate ​sensitivity to cultural cues. Specializing in large banquet style Western, Asian-American weddings, Filipino/Catholic religious settings, Tea Ceremonies (but not limited to) and bringing diverse cultures and elements together is our jam.

We go beyond beautiful to create unforgettable weddings and events across Southern California. Based in Orange County, our team of detail-oriented, thoughtful, and collaborative planners is dedicated to making your big day not only smooth but also fun and stress-free! We understand how important it is for you to enjoy every moment of your wedding, which is why we take care of all the logistics and details, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.     If you’re looking for the most perfect, genuine, caring, professional coordinator, look no further! We had the opportunity to work with Makayla and her team for our wedding last month, and we couldn’t be anymore grateful for them. Since day one, Makayla greeted us with great professionalism. She is very detailed oriented, an amazing listener, and was easily accessible. Leading up to and day of, Makayla and her team made it stressful free in every way! Our ceremony and reception turned out exactly how I envisioned. She also made sure that we were taken care of throughout the day, got us food, & kept us hydrated haha. We miss her so much and cannot wait to have her help us plan our next event. Thank you Makayla and the team for going above and beyond our expectations!! We couldn’t have imagined it any other way.

    Wow. There are not enough words in the world to describe the above and beyond level of effort Love & Life Events provided for our wedding. Their level of touch was perfect and we never had a doubt that things would go right the day of. From the beginning, Makayla was engaged, thoughtful, and very professional with the planning calls. Her questions were on point and made us feel very confident about the wedding after each one. When it came down to the final few calls, 2-4 weeks out, her team made sure they had everything covered! When it came to the day of her team handled everything and them some. This made it very easy on the wedding party to just be present! They always kept their cool and even made sure to keep us cool by bringing us water! They even took some amazing behind the scenes photos as they were always present during big moments and were quick with sharing the digital album with us the a few days after. The Love and Life Events team really made the wedding exactly what everyone says, "the best day of your life" and I will always be grateful for their support and amazing services.     Hiring Dalavy as our day-of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive—meeting with us multiple times via Zoom, always available by text, and truly invested in bringing our vision to life. On the day of our vow renewal, she and Makayla were phenomenal. Everything ran so smoothly and on time, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress. From helping with my thank-you speech, to fixing the groom's suit with a missing button and checking in with our families and bridal party, they handled it all with such calm, care, and grace. Our guests (and bridal party!) were raving about them, and we loved the sweet video Dalavy shared afterward—it captured the heart of our day perfectly.     Makayla & her team were absolutely amazing. I am a Type A person, so it is hard for me to relax and not micromanage, but Makayla & her team helped me actually enjoy my wedding day. My husband and I would hire them again for any event a million times over. The best thing we could have done for ourselves was have them coordinating & helping me plan. I would have forgotten so much if it wasn't for them. 10000/10!!! We love you guys!
