Stellar Events was created and founded by Nidia Lobos, one day her dear friends asked her to coordinate their wedding on the day of. Without knowledge or expertise they believe in her as they knew she was a passionate in her work ethics. That day her passion and creativity for event coordination and planning was born, by word of mouth and recommendations due to her dedication her business grew to what it is now. Nidia Lobos has planned, coordinated and dedicated her expertise to many events.

I developed a passion for planning and coordinating when i saw the happy faces on my clients face, i thrive on perfection and can handle any last minute challenges. As a planner and coordinator i will handle all the communication, budgeting & scheduling across all vendors and clients. My goal is for my clients to enjoy a stress free wedding planning and get to enjoy their special day.

Full planning services include meeting with clients discuss overview of what their dream wedding looks like, research vendors, location, small details such as color scheme, theme for wedding, to communicating with all vendors and coordinating day of event.

Your Day, Your Way! planning your dream wedding just got easier, With our A La Carte Wedding Planning services, you only pay for what you need. Whether its vendor recommendations, day-of coordination, timeline creation, or just a little expert advice along the way- we're here when you need us.

Partial planning includes communication with vendors, location, day of itinerary action, which has been previously created by clients, meeting with clients and helping develop ideas. Coordination with vendors, and day of wedding.

I manage and oversee all aspects of an event on the day it takes place, ensuring flawless execution of plans previously developed by the client.
