I have always been a planner—from friends’ weddings, childhood birthday parties, family vacations, and bachelorettes! Professionally, I spent six years producing events for Creative Artists Agency and United Talent Agency, and I recently produced the 2022 Golden Globe Awards. I then joined the nonprofit world, planning galas, internal company programs, virtual gatherings, and speaker series for Los Angeles-based Skid Row Housing Trust. At the same time, I never stopped planning client weddings.

I have strong vendor relationships, impeccable attention to detail and an eye for logistics, all while thriving under pressure. You’ll never see me sweat! Most importantly, I am passionate about making your day special! Description	With a passion to curate every detail of your wedding, Erica Lauren Events offers a full-service planning package that will guide each couple from the beginning to the end of the process with personalized attention and unlimited communication every step of the way. Full, hands on wedding assistance, every detail from start to finish!	You’re looking for a professional coordinator to collaborate on your wedding ideas, personalize your wedding day, take of some large-scale tasks, and ultimately put your mind at ease knowing you’ll be taken care of. Assist and communicate with vendor selections, and provide preferred vendor lists (up to two vendor categories).	Erica Lauren Events offers month of coordination (up to five weeks before the wedding) services for the couple who have done most of the planning and are looking to receive additional guidance for the completion and coordination of their wedding.

A Godsend!

Wow! Erica was truly a godsend. She joined our vendor team just three weeks out from our wedding date, and we are beyond grateful she did! My husband and I were planning a wedding at a private home in Hancock Park for 120 guests, and we were doing our best to handle everything on our own. About a month before the big day, we realized how stressed we were and that we desperately needed a day-of coordinator if we actually wanted to enjoy our wedding. Enter Erica. From the very first call, she was responsive, flexible with scheduling, proactive, and such a clear communicator. She walked us through exactly what she would provide, but in the end she went above and beyond in every single way. As soon as we shared our vendor contacts, she immediately introduced herself as the point of contact, ironing out details, troubleshooting issues we did not even know existed, and helping us think through last-minute tasks and potential concerns. She was incredibly thorough in learning my vision for the day, and she absolutely nailed it. Our wedding went seamlessly thanks to her. She elevated empty spaces like the bars with extra flowers and candles that I had not even thought to place, and the effect was beautiful. If there were any problems on the wedding day, I truly had no idea because she handled everything so gracefully. She protected our peace, made sure we felt cared for, and kept things moving along even as my husband and I made changes to the schedule in real time such as photos running long or guests arriving early. Our guests even commented on how helpful she was in directing them and keeping the flow going. Erica also anticipated the little things that made such a difference. When it came time to cut the cake, I suddenly realized I had forgotten to set out the cake-cutting tools, but of course Erica had already taken care of it. She ensured our vendors were well-fed and even checked for dietary needs. She managed transportation hiccups, including calming me down during an 11pm panic call, and oversaw cleanup so well that when we returned to the house the next day it was pretty much spotless. What impressed me most was how she worked so diligently behind the scenes without ever inserting herself unnecessarily. I barely saw her the entire day, yet everything ran like clockwork. At the same time, she is warm, sweet, and genuinely kind. She looked out for us in every way and made sure we could actually soak in and enjoy our wedding. We had originally considered paying a friend to be our coordinator, and looking back, that would have been absolutely crazy. Hiring Erica was one of the best decisions we made. She made our wedding not only possible, but magical. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Hopefully I will not be getting married again, but if I did, I would not dream of doing it without Erica.

Erica was so great! She was communicative, she helped us think of all the questions that needed answers that we never even considered, and the night ran completely smoothly from our perspective! If anything went wrong, we were never aware of it. My dress strap ripped during the ceremony and she was prepared with a needle and thread to fix it right away. She was great at handling everything that needed doing with the venue and vendors from a month out through the end of the reception!

My husband and I used Erica Lauren Events recently for our wedding day and we couldn't be happier. From the beginning she was very responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgable. She really listened to our wants and budget and helped guide us throughout the whole process. We started off overwhelmed trying to plan for our big day and as soon as we got her help, we felt more excited than ever.
